I go straight to the points you raised:
1) All sites hosted by BHE do not use CCBill.. they use BHE's own proprietary system BHE-Bill. Frankly speaking I have no idea if they can deal with Lebanon-based customers without the annoyance you have experienced. You can probably guess that Lebanon is not the market with the greatest potential on the planet for adult entertainment.
2) I have my own approach to picture quality. I have always preferred not-so-huge pics (even if mine are bigger in size than those of the main competitors), but with a resolution as sharp as a razor. This is the reason why I start from 4,928x3,264 px (JPEG format) originals to obtain 1,800xX,XXX pics, which is the format available to subscribers: to have extremely sharp resolution.
3) I adopt the same approach for videos: I hate large size videos which look hazy and blurred. In this case, you also have to take into account that most potential customers have connections which do not allow to download videos which are in the 1-1,5GB range, like my originals (1,980x1,080px / 30fps / bit rate in the 10-18Mbps range). So I edit originals to offer to my subscribers 720x400px vids, which I consider a reasonable compromise between clarity and download speed.
4) A one-month non-recurring membership to BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS costs just 14,95USD.. i.e. a lunch at a cheap restaurant. I don't think this is a huge sum, especially if this allows you to enjoy over 6,000 pics and hours of video footage.

It's 2015 now, not 2005. Even 1,980x1,080 is already outdated, time to move to 4K. But I rather prefer move to 3D. BluRay-3D full hd looks amazing. Sadly there is no tendency at all in that direction in theme.
PS. CityFeet started releasing their videos in 1080p in 2011. There are 3 or 4 different versions of each video for subscribers with poor connections. Difference in quality between 1080p and 720p is stunning. Imagine how cool 4K will look like. Or 1080p@3D even better.

Great to see that you dedicated one of your 5 POSTS in the forum (since 2013.. WOW!) basically to throw shit at my videos, and (no surprise) to incensate the competing websites' videos.
BTW, I have my own theory about all these "dormant" profiles "resuscitating", or newbies making their debut on the forum just to attack me and to despise my work.. but I'll keep it for myself.

This said, BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS is, and will remain in the future, mainly a picture-oriented site.
For a simple reason: it would be stupid to try to compete with City Feet and Toes-In-Action with a BHE-hosted "standard" website like mine, without a pay-per-download clip store, and with just a handful of videos (compared to the kazillion vids that my competitors are offering).
The fact that I have subscribers (more than you think, sir..) proves that there are people around who appreciate what I can offer for just 11,95USD.

Feetsopher it is not shit throwing, its a sugestion for improvement. If you alerady shoot in high quality why not upload 2 versions of same clip? it will somehow affect the subscription price?

Oho, much appreciated.. it deffo sounded like "your vids are shitty compared to CF ones"..
This said, mine is a weekends-only, one-man operation: editing and uploading 1/1,5GB videos is a huge pain in the ass which would take hours: I'm not getting into such an operational nightmare to win.. HOW MANY ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIBERS (IF ANY)??? YOU???

Editing, I didn't think of that... I am no expert in videoediting. As for an uploading it is only time. Push the upload button and do something else while it uploades...

dear people, please dont forget, feetosophers sites are one-man operation

Some of you may remember, before his both sites even existed he was just sharing some free pictures on a couple of sites, like deviantart, but also had a contribution corner at hals toes-in-action website, so in other words, he had a huge archive a pictures, a private collection, but on the internet his pictures were very rare.

Then somewhere, i think it was also here in this forum there was a discussion if he should make a paysite or not, and lots of people here actually encouraged feetosopher to share his work with us through a paysite, it took quite a while since this finally become reality and now we have the chance for us for relativly less money to own a part of his work,

i dont think i´m the only one who is enjoying those or am i?

there is also the option to have no access to those excellent pictures at all, like it was in the past, which would be great loss in my opinion.

of course there are "technical standards" in 2015 but to fullfill all those, you either must be rich, or have already setup a well performing company that just do that and also aquire lots of money from their work.

but this is not reality for this kind of art, this is just a niche, and most likely feetosopher will never earn a couple of thousands dollars each month through this paysites, (unforuntatly), but i bet, if he would, he would be the first who would upgrade his camera.. how does a 100mp hasselblad sound? , some 4k videocameras and lighting speed webserves.. but at the current state.. this is just an utupia.
and i guess its not worth and doable at the moment to investing thousends of $$ in new equipemnt if the websites on the other end doesnt pay it back at a reasonable amount of time.

the only way to support him in his work is to join his paysites at the moment, if we do, it generates fund and he can re.invest it in models and gear

there is also the option to run a startup funding project, like many startups to. do we want to help him fund him his business?
