Dear friends.. for a matter of netiquette, from this week onwards all my posts concerning WEEKLY PHOTO and VIDEO UPDATES at my http://barefoot-urban-girls.com/home.html will be bundled in this dedicated thread.

Today we have a special update, dedicated to a gorgeous Barefoot Urban Star we all must be extremely grateful to.. as she has (to date) introduced to me the highest number of new models.. blonde beauty ALYSSA!

this week at http://barefoot-urban-girls.com/home.html we have 2 new PHOTOSETS and a VIDEO.
The first photoset features unpublished pictures of cute VIOLETTA, one of the first models of mine to achieve international fame on Toes-In-Action website. Endowed with a pair of perfect size 39EU/8.5US feet, despite being a no-nonsense barefooter VIOLETTA loved to take good care of her soles. "I want them to be smooth & soft to enhance my pleasure when someone worships them, and to feel the hurdles I am tackling barefooted in the most complete way!", she used to say. The set includes rare pictures of Violetta testing her delicate soles on terrible gravel!!!

The second photoset features blonde STELLA (feet size 38EU/7.5US) and redhead MARGHE (feet size 37EU/6.5US), who were both part of the first flock of Barefoot Urban Girls who posed for me between 2004 and 2005.

A suggestion to everyone who's here taking into considerations FIRST beauty AND THEN barefooting:

JOIN FEETOSOPHER'S SITE, and download this clip.

Swains is not a "tough" barefooter.
(She could be, she could be one of the TOUGHEST, as to her foot structure, but not without suffering too much in training, at the beginnin'. IMHO.)

But here she is barefoot on some SHARP gravel. A Terrain who's not "impossible"... but it's very hard for barefooters who fear POINTED terrains more than PRESSURE on their feet (Swain does: she has vulnerable skin.)
Therefore: "hard terrain", definetly.

She tries all her best to do some steps hiding the pain she feels.
And she's a beauty. Rare to be seen.

Maybe not for "extreme barefooting" lovers, but if you like ... an extremely beautiful girl barefoot on a rough terrain, this is "the" clip.

Great to know, amico! SIMON is surely among the most beautiful women I have ever shot, but sadly was a one-hit-wonder.. I tried to contact her again after her debut session, but she disappeared.
The girl was indeed quite mysterious: she did not talk very much, she had many strange occultist tattoos, and lots of scars on her arms (as if she had cut herself with a razor blade)..

During the period when she posed for me (2005-2006), Mary was a frequent barefooter, but not 24/7/365. She went barefooted every day in spring-summer; in autumn/winter she went barefooted only in the days when temperature was not too low (say, above 10�C).
I have lost contact with Mary after she quit modelling for me, unfortunately.. so I cannot tell whether she is still a barefooter.. I hope she still is!

EYLUH is a frequent barefooter in spring/summer (like most of my models), but not 24/7/365. EYLUH has rather tough soles, but they are also quite elastic.. a bit like RED-X's (or Toes-In-Action HEIKE's) ones.
This said.. you can well ask Hal Heaven if he ever saw EYLUH wear shoes during our 4-day stay in Bremen..

UMA remains one of my most popular models.. she quit posing some years ago, she has a child now, but I am still in touch with her and yes.. she still walks barefoot most of the time in spring and summer!

The barefoot lawyer is LUCE, not ARIANNA (who works instead in the social care sector). LUCE told me that going to court barefooted was something she had always wished, but never dared to do..

In any case, the "best" Italian cities to spot barefooting women (including most of my models) are Venice, Verona and Bologna, in the Northeastern part of the country.

Frankly speaking I have very little time to look at City Feet models.. I am usually too busy with my own sites.
For what I know, most of City Feet models are professional nude models posing also for other adult-oriented websites, so it's quite obvious that all of them are extremely sexy and good looking.
This said, I feel Russia too distant from the world I live in, so I am much more into Toes-In-Action models.. this goes beyond my longtime cooperation with Hal.. Well sir, i thank you for your reply, but honestly, my question wasn't for the purpose of comparing the models at CF with Toes in Action...in fact I salute both you and Hal for featuring downright BEAUTIFUL, sensuous, sexy women, and for offering a portal for something that those of us who live in more repressed, litigious places, like where I am so unfortunate to be, in the good ol' uptight U.S. are so unlikely to see. A form of feminine beauty that used to be more commonplace, in laid back times. I live and operate in Northern Italy.. which means hundreds of miles from Rome. While I have been to Rome more than once, I surely cannot say that I am familiar with the city, which is deffo a big one (for European standards at least).
I guess that - if the weather is warm - any place in Rome where lots of tourists congregate offers better chances to spot the random barefooting beauty (most likely a tourist with uncomfortable shoes in her hand, and sore feet

).
Please be aware of the fact that there is no proper "barefooting movement" in Italy: the girls posing for my paysite BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS are deffo ahead of the pack.

I lreally like how filthy MARY's sole is in this preview shot and even though I'm not really a fan of jeans, I do like the look of this picture set - Especially after seeing how filthy her soles are in her previous sets.

The Rialto area of Venice is beautiful, but it's also very crowded, and the style I have developed over the years requires some distance between me and the model in full-figure shots.

I would normally have said that I prefer barefoot hippy girls over any other, but that is probably because hippy girls are more likely to be barefoot than any others.

Seeing your shots of Giorgia (this week) and Mary (last) do show how well bare feet complement the smarter look, especially when their tough soles are so good at cleaning the dirt off the city pavements!

I absolutley LOVE the hippy look and always have but I find that there is certainly something about the smarter dressed ladies that appeals to me just as equally.

I'm a little late, but I just wanted to add my praise for the sets with pregnant Alexis and modern art Amanda.

I love that Alexis was willing to pose in her very pregnant state, and what looks like some slightly swollen feet. You just know a girl like that has got to be down to earth and a "real deal" barefooter. She looks fantastic, too!

As for Amanda, I really like how she got into posing with the sculptures. I think this set qualifies as art in itself!

Anyway, you always deliver great stuff, Feetosopher, but these two were just different enough to really stand out.

ALEXIS was indeed a fearless barefooter.. sadly her man (the father of the baby she was carrying on that day) was not happy about her modelling for me.. indeed we managed to hold just one more session after her pregnancy, and then she quit posing. I have quite a collection of similar stories.. most of the models you see on BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS are not active anymore.. this is what makes the site peculiar, IMMO.. it's more a documentary about the history of female barefoot lifestyle in Italy, rather than just one more commercial paysite focusing on barefooting and dirty feet.

I've been watching those Italian movies made in the late 40's and early to mid 50's....they have a real charm on me. They really tout the barefoot women in those movies....a bit of realism from the days that peasant women mostly didn't wear shoes. I love it....how amorous and sexy these women/girls were. It's would be a shame if the patina of modern day life and "fashion " should cause the decline of that barefoot heritage in Italy, as it has done in the USA. Hope it doesn't happen. Shoes and footwear of all kinds are glorified more than the female foot these days...I think it's a shame and disgrace

I'd love that as well, but we ain't got the weather mate!

Plus, TV shows like TOWIE and Geordie Shore emphasise the importance of "fashion", which is often an all-encompassing term for ill-fitting, ugly shoes that cripple beautiful young feet!

As a result, the 18-25 female demographic wouldn't be seen dead walking barefoot down the street, and after the 25/26 mark you have less tendency to be up for that sort of thing as the "real world" consumes you.

C'est la vie! Hopefully things can change in the future.

What people often fail to appreciate about BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS and BAREFOOT NUDITY is the fact that finding girls who are comfortable with barefooting, strutting their dirty soles, and exposing their "crown jewels" in urban settings is TERRIBLY DIFFICULT also in my home country, Italy!!!

If it works with BHE sites, cool, I hope so, fingers (and toes) crossed.

But even if they only had a 6 MP camera in their old sets, they only posted about 1 MP or so pix in their site, now they got a 20 MP camera, but only offer 6 MP pix.
It is a pity, yeah they want to save server space, but just like my complaint in Southern-Charms, for a paid membership, they should offer the best they can make.
For people not wanting the hugest possible, giving them the choice between that and half of it at min., would be neat.

About you, your old "Minolta DiMAGE A1" was a 5 MP cam, and your current "Nikon D5100" is a 16.2 MP camera, nevertheless, the preview pix are about 1 MP to less than 3 MP.
Is this only for the free photos, but we would get the ultimate in the membership?
If you cannot offer the 5 MP and 16.2 MP in BHE, may we ask for specific sets to be uploaded temporarily elsewhere?
Are your clips (at least the new ones) in Full HD?

I go straight to the points you raised:
1) All sites hosted by BHE do not use CCBill.. they use BHE's own proprietary system http://www.bhebill.com/. Frankly speaking I have no idea if they can deal with Lebanon-based customers without the annoyance you have experienced. You can probably guess that Lebanon is not the market with the greatest potential on the planet for adult entertainment.
2) I have my own approach to picture quality. I have always preferred not-so-huge pics (even if mine are bigger in size than those of the main competitors), but with a resolution as sharp as a razor. This is the reason why I start from 4,928x3,264 px (JPEG format) originals to obtain 1,800xX,XXX pics, which is the format available to subscribers: to have extremely sharp resolution.
3) I adopt the same approach for videos: I hate large size videos which look hazy and blurred. In this case, you also have to take into account that most potential customers have connections which do not allow to download videos which are in the 1-1,5GB range, like my originals (1,980x1,080px / 30fps / bit rate in the 10-18Mbps range). So I edit originals to offer to my subscribers 720x400px vids, which I consider a reasonable compromise between clarity and download speed.
4) A one-month non-recurring membership to BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS costs just 14,95USD.. i.e. a lunch at a cheap restaurant. I don't think this is a huge sum, especially if this allows you to enjoy over 6,000 pics and hours of video footage.

It's 2015 now, not 2005. Even 1,980x1,080 is already outdated, time to move to 4K. But I rather prefer move to 3D. BluRay-3D full hd looks amazing. Sadly there is no tendency at all in that direction in theme.
PS. CityFeet started releasing their videos in 1080p in 2011. There are 3 or 4 different versions of each video for subscribers with poor connections. Difference in quality between 1080p and 720p is stunning. Imagine how cool 4K will look like. Or 1080p@3D even better.

Oho, much appreciated.. it deffo sounded like "your vids are shitty compared to CF ones"..

This said, mine is a weekends-only, one-man operation: editing and uploading 1/1,5GB videos is a huge pain in the ass which would take hours: I'm not getting into such an operational nightmare to win.. HOW MANY ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIBERS (IF ANY)??? YOU???

dear people, please dont forget, feetosophers sites are one-man operation

Some of you may remember, before his both sites even existed he was just sharing some free pictures on a couple of sites, like deviantart, but also had a contribution corner at hals toes-in-action website, so in other words, he had a huge archive a pictures, a private collection, but on the internet his pictures were very rare.

Then somewhere, i think it was also here in this forum there was a discussion if he should make a paysite or not, and lots of people here actually encouraged feetosopher to share his work with us through a paysite, it took quite a while since this finally become reality and now we have the chance for us for relativly less money to own a part of his work,

i dont think i�m the only one who is enjoying those or am i?

there is also the option to have no access to those excellent pictures at all, like it was in the past, which would be great loss in my opinion.

of course there are "technical standards" in 2015 but to fullfill all those, you either must be rich, or have already setup a well performing company that just do that and also aquire lots of money from their work.

but this is not reality for this kind of art, this is just a niche, and most likely feetosopher will never earn a couple of thousands dollars each month through this paysites, (unforuntatly), but i bet, if he would, he would be the first who would upgrade his camera.. how does a 100mp hasselblad sound? , some 4k videocameras and lighting speed webserves.. but at the current state.. this is just an utupia.
and i guess its not worth and doable at the moment to investing thousends of $$ in new equipemnt if the websites on the other end doesnt pay it back at a reasonable amount of time.

the only way to support him in his work is to join his paysites at the moment, if we do, it generates fund and he can re.invest it in models and gear

there is also the option to run a startup funding project, like many startups to. do we want to help him fund him his business?

but this is not reality for this kind of art,� this is just a niche, and most likely feetosopher will never earn a couple of thousands dollars each month through this paysites, (unforuntatly), but i bet, if he would, he would be the first who would upgrade his camera.. how does a 100mp hasselblad sound? , some 4k videocameras and lighting speed webserves.. but at the current state.. this is just an utupia.
and i guess its not worth and doable at the moment to investing thousends of $$ in new equipemnt if the websites on the other end doesnt pay it back at a reasonable amount of time.

the only way to support him in his work is to join his paysites at the moment, if we do, it generates fund and he can re.invest it in models and gear

there is also the option to run a startup funding project, like many startups to. do we want to help him fund him his business?

When I met them at the start of the session (10am) they were both barefooted and already dirty-soled.. the sole shots you are talking about were taken at the end of the session (6pm).. it's 8 solid hours of barefooting (plus the barefooting they had done to come to the shooting).
As for KEA & NAOKO not carrying shoes in their bags.. dunno, frankly.. I would never inspect my models' bags before the sessions.. I am a photographer, not a cop..

Not properly a 24/7er (they are super-rare in Italy), but a frequent barefooter at the time.. the pics were taken in 2005.
MARY quit posing in 2006, and I have lost contact with her afterwards.. I do not know if she is still into barefooting.

The girls I shot who are regular/frequent barefooters (at least in spring/summer) are RASHIDA, IRIE, KEA, VIOLACEA, UMA, AMANDA, GIORGIA, ARIANNA, MARY.

If a girl is a hardcore barefooter, but I don't find her attractive.. I will NEVER ask her to model for me.. no matter what she can do with her feet.

I think that's the right approach for a site like yours, (or City Feet or Toes In Action). If all you want is feet, without caring about who's attached to them, then there are countless "feet only" pics on the web. If you want to see the whole woman, you want her to be good looking. Now, of course, attractiveness is a nebulous concept and will vary widely from person to person, but at a minimum the photographer should find his subject attractive.

It's exactly the same for me, sir. "Faceless feet" mean nothing to me. A pair of feet becomes exciting if I can see the woman who makes it "alive".

Of course "attractiveness" is a highly subjective matter.. but sure I could never take pics of a subject which I do not find attractive.
I also think that Olga Gavva, Cecilia and Red-X have achieved star status as hardcore barefooters also because they are widely seen as good looking women.
