How about your weekend?

this weekend I have left Madrid, and I've been to Zamora. Then I'll put a selection of photos for that you can see how it has spent my weekend Zamora. From Madrid to Zamora takes just over two hours by car. The first three pictures show when I stopped to take a break on the road with my fellow travelers. In the next photo you can see me with my evening gown . We had dinner and we were partying in the bars. The next day we went to admire the scenery and I took the opportunity to wash my feet in the river. "With the high temperature was very pleasant. Also great feel of grass under my feet. After a walk we went to the park where our car was. As you can see, the pavement was formed by sand and small pebbles.

Great photos Cecilia, thanks for sharing them!

What changes have you noticed on the soles of your feet after these two weeks?

Will you ever wear shoes again? How do you manage very hot surfaces, are you getting used to them? Or just endure the heat?

I still can not say what changes have happened in my feet. Perhaps they are a little rough.

I have not seen me wear shoes. In very hot areas hard standing too long. It is currently difficult.

Hola Cecilia

I am sure you will succeed in not wearing anything on your feet ever again. And soon your soles will become tougher and you will be able to stand barefoot on very hot surfaces.

Thanks for sharing your life as a barefooter with us, we really appreciate it. Keep the comments and pictures coming!

¡Gracias!

Follow it. I also have a great time doing the photos. People look at me a lot and many people ask me because I'm barefoot. Others simply comments.

Take it slow. Your soles will adapt to the streets and other surfaces you walk on. If you stay on hot surfaces, gravel, etc. you may get blisters or feeling bad. If you start out slow and gradually go barefoot for more time each day you will find that soon you will not be bothered by heat, gravel, small glass, etc.

What do you answer to the questions and comments?

Has anybody asked to see your soles, to feel how hard and rough they are? Do you let them to? ¿Le dejas a la gente, a tus amigos examinar las plantas de tus pies, tocarlas para ver qué tan duras y ásperas son?

People I explain that it is a very different feel the spaces through which you pass. How wonderful it is to feel free. How great it is to feel the textures. I have the impression that I noticed a lot more things and it's good for my health.

To my friends I will let them play if they ask me, and I have one to protest the harsh and he wants to dip the moisturizer, but I do not let him. XD

Didn't let your friend moisturize your feet? Ha ha ha!

I guess you like having tough, rough soles, don't you? Don't you miss having soft, smooth soles as before?

Are you proud of your tough soles Cecilia? ¿Estás orgullosa de las duras plantas de tus pies?

Cecilia,
Keep up the good work. You're doing great. The girls photo's I posted for you to see had been going barefoot their whole life. The one girl who crushed light bulbs barefoot, I never saw her wear shoes. She crushed cans, stepped on cigarettes barefoot, walked on any kind of broken glass barefoot and got the best super black soles smile.gif
