Most of you probably know The Feetosopher....the extremely talented Italian photographer who dedicated the last years to taking thousands of barefoot photos with over 100 different models.
He had a huge Myspace profile with loads of galleries and many members....but for some unknown reason Myspace just deleted his profile today.

Here is a mail he sent out a few hours ago.

Dear friends..

I have just discovered that THE FEETOSOPHER's space was DELETED.. NOT BY ME!!!

I asked MySpace's Italian helpdesk WHY.

I guess that someone who hates me is behind this deletion. I see no other plausible reason.

Anyway.. ANY TRACE of one year and a half of PASSION, HARD WORK and FRIENDSHIP is now DESTROYED FOREVER.. and I AM DESTROYED AS WELL.

Frankly I don't know if I will have the force to rebuild THE FEETOSOPHER's space from scratch.

I hope you will remember me for my pictures, videos, and maybe also for my friendly and cheerful attitude.. but smile has now vanished from my face, and I don't know if it will come back anytime soon.

Many thanks from the heart to all of you, for your support, appreciation and friendship. I will miss you dearly.

That's terrible; I hope at the very least Myspace gives a decent explanation.

I assume he had back up copy? I'm worried by what he says about so much work being destroyed forever.

That is very bad, i do hope he had a backup . my thoughts go out to him and he gets a very good reason why it got deleted

He was one of the only reasons I even checked out MySpace every day. this is awful!

I don't know if was MySpace or someone hacked his account. Some time ago there was someone(s) posting impostor profiles. They did mine as well. (I was then a 32 year old female.) Feetosopher gave so much of his time with many great photos and asked nothing but encouragement in return. I emailed him with encouragement and asked him not to stop his great efforts because of one bad event. I do hope he continues.

I think it's an greatest error ! The our friend The Feetosopher is a genius. He is a great pole for MySpace.
It is impossible for me to believe that this will not remove his blog where he is hidden, for release on !

It's very strange that some files on server is such a great problem.
All that material can be uploaded again from local hard drive.

That sucks. I really liked the photos he took of Heike and Katja (two of my favorite models of yours, Hal). It would be a tragic error if he didn't back his photos up and the only copies he had were on Myspace.

Let us know if he tries to re-start things somewhere other than Myspace.

"OH, PLEASE TELL ANYBODY IN THE COMMUNITY THAT I HAVE A MULTIPLE BACKUP OF ALL THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS WHICH WERE IN THE SPACE.. THANK YOU!!!"

Rest assured, he's got everything, let's just wait for his triumphant comeback!!!

My good friend The Feetosopher sent me this letter:

Per favore, scrivi agli amici del forum di City Feet e dì loro che THE FEETOSOPHER HAS MULTIPLE BACKUP OF ALL THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS.. AND HE IS GONNA COME BACK SOME DAY !!!

That is terrible news, but serves as further evidence that MySpace is not worth my time. I suspect I will be deleting my account there shortly.

I've been watching the post's and this a true shame. I enjoyed his page as much as anyone.
And Melissa, If you do delete your account, I hope you stay active somewhere.
Maybe a YouTube channel? but you cant post photo's there.

I hope this bad fact is due to a Myspace server crash and not to a volontary delete.

Anyway,i had already tough tht The Feetosopher have a backup of the very important data,maybe not all but the most part of sure...

So is only needed t re-load it on a new share site,that we hope be more reliable of MySpace.

I (and all of us) hope that The Feetosopher will be back in few weeks.
