I hope he's just on vacation or something and it's not more serious than that... he hasn't updated videos in 6 or 7 weeks... you there Hal?

I hope he's doing well. Feetosopher, I think you have other ways to contact Hal, could you please let us know if he's OK, and give our regards to him? Thanks!

All that I can say is that I received the last private message from Hal around 2 weeks ago. I had warned him about a huge video ripoff by a motherfucker on YouTube (he had posted kazillions of TIA, CF and BUG videos), he obviously went berserk (I did too) and after huge efforts he managed to have that channel shut down. I sent him an email some days ago but he has not replied yet. I do hope he is OK! It may be that he simply quit updating the store and the site because of that huge ripoff, I am afraid that it cost him substantial lost revenues..

These art thieves are the death for good content creators like Hal and Feetosopher.

Indeed, amico. There would be books to write on the topic. The war by original content creators and copyright holders against internet piracy is a lost one from the very beginning. For each pirate site going offline, 10, 100, 1,000 new pirate sites pop out on any given day. What all the "cool, I can have all the (foot) porn I want for free" dudes do not realize is the astonishing number of adult paysites that have gone bust, and of original adult content creators that have quit, due to internet piracy. And they also fail to grasp that this will reduce the quantity, quality and variety of adult stuff around, in the long run. Once the entire adult entertainment industry (at least the one that we old geezers have come to love, to the point that we have become part of it) has gone bust (because this is what will happen, sooner or later), they'll have only the DIY (foot) porn by Ordinary Joes and Plain Janes around the web to jerk off at. No big issue, probably, since most of them are so bulimic for free (foot) porn content that they cannot even tell shit from chocolate. Whatever.. let's hope that Hal is OK.. -------------------- |

I'm fine again and back for good, thanks for asking and caring. Love you guys
I agree 100% with what The Feetosopher so clearly stated in his posts. Providing original content will on the long run always be a lost cause for small producers (especially nowadays where it has never been easier to upload & share huge files and/or videos in their original 4K or soon even 8K resolution). It also seems like some people seriously don't understand that people like Paul, The Feetosopher, me, etc. are only tiny one-man websites dedicated to their passion, and not huge porn companies with tons of money and employees. Some of the comments below my video clips that the moron had uploaded to YT were seriously idiotic, stuff like "Great to finally be able to watch all the expensive videos for free from the company Toes-in-Action". As if TiA were some large multinational Amazon-like company  Thanks a lot to all the people who have continued to support TiA, especially in the last weeks (and who also continue to support other foot websites and content providers). More power to you. Best wishes, -Hal- -------------------- More beautiful bare feet at Toes-in-Action.com

I am also very happy to see that Hal is OK and has resumed updating Toes-In-Action. Hal and The Feetosopher are totally right about internet piracy: it is a scourge for original content creators. I used to be a regular subscriber to City Feet, Toes-In-Action, Barefoot Urban Girls, Barefoot Nudity and Public Sluts. Since I lost my regular job because of Covid-19-related economic crisis, I sadly cannot afford regular subscriptions anymore. But I am always happy to join the paysites that offer content that suits my sites every time that I can, even now that I have very little money to spend. Original content creators need money from regular subscriptions to stay in business.

So. I'm surprised more enthusiasts here don't inquire about Hal, maybe they are through messages who knows. Anyone seen Hal?? Something's going on.

You should maybe read the dates of previous posts before commenting, michael0218. The posts with positive news about Hal date back to April 2021. The recent comment by drtyftfrk instead refers to the current situation.. which is rather worrying, as I will explain in another comment. -------------------- |

Sadly the situation is as follows, drtyftfrk: 1) Toes-In-Action (the website, I mean) has not been updated since August 9, 2021. 2) No new releases on Hal's clips4sale stores after August 9, 2021. 3) No activity by Hal on TIA dedicated section at WU's Foot Forum after August 10, 2021. 4) Since I was definitely worried, I wrote Hal an email on October 1, 2021: no replies to date (he usually replies to my emails in 1-2 days maximum). Unfortunately the old mobile phone number of Hal that I have (which dates back to the time when I was still regularly visiting him in the summer) is not operational anymore, so I have no other ways of contacting him.. I am really afraid that something negative has happened.. I do not know what, yet.. -------------------- |
