Having messaged him a bit, he is very polite in his conversation and a very helpfull person who does not mind at all beeing asked about his work, but he seems to lack an understanding that his behaviour in so persistently asking random women on all kinds of social media for photo shootings (barefoot is not) is absolutly inappropriate.

Why would a woman send him barefoot photos? I mean if they want to share, they would just post it on their own IG account.

I may be too conservative, but I never asked any woman for barefoot photo. I feel this would almost certainly make them think that foot lovers are creepy and damage the image of this community.

He does not mainly ask for barefoot photos. He sees himself mainly as a photographer who does shootings with barefoot girls/women in "interessting" outfits (Hippie, Punk, Cosplay,...) and is mainly about finding models for his shooting. He is doing so on professional model databases (some of his models are actually (semi)professional models who get paid for working with him) but - inappropriatly - also on other kinds of social media, i.e. if a girl has some photos of her in cosplay outfit online, he would keep on sending multiple long mails asking for a shooting. This has led to him beeing banned from all kinds of social media over the years.

I think Burkhard is passionate for barefoot girls, and is trying to find ways to take pictures. Don't think he is unrespectful, but maybe girls find him to insistent to the point of becoming annoying. Anyways, his pictures are great and he's been into this for a long time. I think we should be thankful for his pictures.

Definitely one of my favorites along with the other photos he took of her. And the backstory he told about her, how she was going into Cologne and didn’t take any shoes with her makes me like it even more. Nothing hotter than a barefoot chick who doesn’t even bother to take an emergency pair of shoes with her when going into a big city. Can’t imagine how filthy those feet must’ve been at the end of the day.
