Great interview --- really interesting read with indepth questions and even more indepth answers. Probably the best interview so far on Wu's, imho. Hopefully dirty soles and public barefoot will be a little more accepted at Wu's in future.

Patrick did a great job, immo.
As for the attitude at WU's.. sure there is a much better attitude towards NUDITY than here.
And sure there is a much friendlier attitude towards ME than here.
Some chaps here seem to take a special pleasure in bumping up any post other than my own ones..
I have never had any trouble at WU's.. while I cannot say the same for this forum.
I keep on posting here just because it's the only forum which has a special focus on barefooting and dirty feet.
If I had to post here for the enthusiastic feedback to my posts.. I'd have quit a long time ago..

As a newbie, I seem to have strayed unwittingly into an adversarial zone on this forum and I'm sorry about that.

This forum seems to be a (rare and hence valuable) border-crossing between the cultures of foot-fetishism (not mine) and lifestyle barefooting (mine). I've already noted that many people involved in the latter are absolutely hostile to the former -witness the policy of the Society for Barefoot Living, and "keep away" warning notices on other barefooting website fora as regards "City Feet". I find this rather dishonest -rather like the violet arc of the rainbow saying that the yellow arc is dangerous, and must be ignored! Then, the "dirty bare feet" fetish crew in the yellow arc on this forum are saying (if I understand correctly) that the red arc of "barefoot nudity" is evil and must be suppressed...?

Anyway, Signore Feetosopher, I've looked at your samples posted here for both your pay-sites and think that your work is of high artistic integrity and to be admired as photography. I'm not motivated to pay you money, but you will get no hostility from me.

Welcome to the forum, Timonenkarkku! As you've noticed, this is a rather unique place, where those with varying interests in barefooting can get together in relative peace.

For some background, last year we had a couple who were posting pics of the woman's barefooting adventures, and drawing lots of positive attention. This led to a dustup in which there was an attempt to kick the Feetosopher off of the forum, but his supporters outnumbered his detractors, so thankfully, he's still here. Meanwhile, the couple broke up and disappeared from this site just a few weeks after the whole matter was resolved. That's the story in a nutshell, though I can elaborate further if anyone cares.
