My modest experience is that most women (including apparently shy ones) LOVE to get other people's attention. So when they discover their best "weapon" to get it.. they are keen on using it.. and they take pleasure whenever its use is successful.
I would say that out of 150-plus women I have taken pics/vids of.. a good 90% took great pleasure in having their dirty feet in the spotlight.

Nope. The girls are paid for two reasons:
1) Us footographers/webmasters make money out of their image.. it's fair to share part of the revenue with them (unless you are in favour of slave labour, sir.. )
2) They become "celebrities".. with all the related nuisances.. their boyfriends getting jealous, their daddies going berserk because they are doing "porn", ball-busters and schizos of all sorts going after them on Facebook with obsessive "compliments", weird "requests" and often plain stalking them.
The (little) money they get from us is just a (small) relief to all such nuisance.

Thanks for the interesting reply! Part of my family is from Finland, but I was born in Australia. Australia and New Zealand are, as I'm sure you know, the world strongholds of the barefoot lifestyle. Aussies and Kiwis tend to think that "No shoes, no service" notices are offensive and stupid.
As regards Italy. I've been seriously warned against barefooting in Rome (where I also have family) in case I am mistaken for a gypsy (zingaro). WRT porn, and the sex industry in general. My position is: That governments exist to prevent harm to their citizens, not to enforce morality. So, I think that John Calvin was a greater evil than Hitler and I would rather have porn publicly displayed in village bars (as in Estonia) than live in a society run on Calvinist principles (point for discussion: Is Calvinism, Christian Islam?).

Approaching my question from a different angle: I'm a barefooter, I like going barefoot and I identify with those who do. That's the primary datum.
Secondly, in university I was propositioned by gay foot fetishists, and refused (I'm not gay), but I've never then (or since) found any girl admitting to being sexually interested in my feet. If I had, then "pleasing my girl" would certainly be a factor in barefooting -but not the primary one.

Regarding her supposedly bad English, based on her comments and titles she gives to her videos and pictures, I think it's false. They are all grammaticaly correct and don't even show stylistical features of someone having poor English.

1) I live and operate in Northern Italy, but my ex-girlfriend lives in Rome.. she walks barefooted quite often there, and nobody has ever harassed her, or "accused" her of being a gypsy. Being good-looking, she surely gets a lot of enthusiastic attention, but this is expectable from us Italian guys..
I would also add that the great fetish photographer Roy Stuart made some barefooting-themed shootings in Rome, and he never reported any nuisance.
As for the Northern cities where I usually shoot, and from where most of my models come (my hometown Mantova, Verona, Venice, Vicenza, Padua, Bologna, etc.), I have had no troubles whatsoever in 15 years of street shootings (except with railway police inside stations, but not for the models' bare feet), and you can spot barefooting tourists quite often in spring/summer. The fact that Italian women (and men!) are into fashionable shoes does not imply that there is an anti-barefooting attitude in Italy.

2) I am agnostic, and I strongly oppose every form of "organised cult" aimed at oppressing the masses.. including the various forms of totalitarism. Especially if they have millions of murders on their backs.

If you limit it to 24/7/365 barefooters, I would say very few, if any.
I have had the privilege of working with CECILIA and RED-X.
I was never with CECILIA in winter, so I really cannot tell you if she regularly goes barefooted in winter.
RED-X goes barefooted in winter till temperatures stay above freezing point.. when they drop below that, she wears UGGs outdoors.
If by "natural barefooter" you instead mean any girl who enjoys barefooting also when there is no footographer shooting and no modelling fee to earn.. I would say that 95% of my models falls under this definition.. and I would say the same of Toes-In-Action models (but Hal will surely tell you better).
Beware.. this does not imply that these girls NEVER wear shoes in spring/summer.. most of them do, actually!
