Judging by the pictures your feet are strong, wide and very robust (not "soft"), but smashing a coconut requires a lot of force. Only one girl I knew could probably do it because (she trained karate and was good at it).

I also notice technique. Some girls have cigarette almost out or use a swiping motion to knock the chery off first. You didn't.
