QUOTE

My soles are hard and cracked, calloused and always dirty

This are the soles I like, not delicated...

QUOTE

My feet are now very strong. They are gypsy feet. Feet are always live without protection. I compared my feet with a Romanian gypsy who had always lived barefoot. And they are very similar. Five months without shoes is more time than it seems

Very interesting things, you have almost reached the same soles of who had always lived barefoot.
But I think her soles are a bit harden than your : have you touched them,or only compared visually.

What kind of "very bad surface" have you walked on recently,a part the nail bed...

Thanks for answer.

Yes, I have been able to touch and see the hardness of their soles. And mine are also rough and hard.
Every day trial of broken glass and nail bed. And this week I will make a video about the stones of the railroad.

Compliment for your soles !

I can not wait to see your video of railroad track, really I already know that you can walk over railroad rocks without problems...but to see you do it is wonderful !

Maybe you can explain your sensation (pain or not...)

You also train every day on broken glasses and nail bed...

I'm quiet worried about glasses,I think that splinter of cutting glasses should hit the arch of the feet or maybe the top of the feet...

When dancing on broken glass, some glass splinter dig into my feet, But that's not a problem. I can stand it, it's my job.

Cecillia,
You mention broken glass daily, what about cigarettes?
How many cigarettes do you exstinguish barefoot daily.
In your photo updates, can you include a shot of putting the cigarette out?

And I love how black your soles were in the 2 photo's of you on the stairs.
How'd you get them so black?

Apago cigarettes a day. Every time I smoke on the street I turn off the cigarette with my bare feet. My plants are black because I'm always barefoot. Soon more pictures I will extinguish cigarettes in my bare feet.
