Very good : barefeet in winter too !

I hope she became a full 24 / 7 / 365 barefooters....(no more shoes needed)

Why she was called out ? She must be free to go barefeet as she wants.

Happy new barefeet year,we hope to have news about your wife soon...

QUOTE (kiwifeet @ Dec 31 2012, 09:47 AM)
A few photos taken over the past couple of days. It's been relatively cold here; not freezing, but almost. Favorite quote from today: "I think I like being barefoot in the cold better because when people look at me you know they're thinking how tough I am. When it's warm out, they just think I'm weird!"

She's barely worn shoes at all this year. I think her record was 20 days barefoot, broken because of a trip to the dentist.

Barefoot at the art supply store by Kiwifeet, on Flickr

After being called out for being barefoot in the art supply store, she started wearing flip flops. This lasted a few months, but our last three or four visits, she hasn't worn shoes.

I think it was 37 F and windy. There's something particularly sexy about her wearing a coat and being barefoot.

She really shouldn't worry about people thinking its weird to be barefoot

It makes her unique, special and beautiful

Please try and encourage her to share more photographs with us here and on your flickr account in the year ahead

She is special for doing this. Not weird.

My wife has started a barefooting blog at Painted Sole. There are many more photos up there, and we're planning on very regular (at least weekly) updates.

Somehow I missed this amazing thread from the start. Really lovely photos and your wife is simply awesome! Thanks for sharing these pics and experiences with us.
Coincidentally I have been enjoying your photos directly on Flickr without knowing that you are also active here in the City-Feet forum. I saved a few to harddisk because I liked them so much ;-)

Thanks again,
-Hal-

I'd say she's a 23.75/7 barefooter.

She wore shoes to the dentist's office a few days ago, and will wear shoes (most of the time) if we go out to dinner with my parents.

In the past week, in addition to shopping, she's been barefoot to a concert and an art exhibition. A few weeks ago, she wore shoes to some cultural events, but realized that it was entirely unnecessary. She'll go barefoot to most of the restaurants we usually frequent. And she's run three half-marathons barefoot in the past couple of years.

Except for a few rare moments, she's been almost constantly barefoot for over a year.

She did get in trouble last night at Target.
