"My feet are ugly--disgusting! I can't see how anyone would want to look at them."
Unfortunately, a lot of women feel this way. That's why they hide their feet away. They never wear sandals, never get pedicures, and certainly never bare their feet, except at home! (if even there) And ironically, they probably have very nice feet, if only they'd show them off!
What to do about it? I suppose there's a delicate balence. We'd like them to show off their feet, but we don't want to come off as creeps and weirdos.
Any of you have thoughts on this?

The turning point with my wife, in terms of going barefoot in public, was last summer at a party when is was so hot that just about every girl took their shoes off. I just pointed out to her how much better her feet were than theirs and that seemed to give her the confidence to show off her feet for me .
