We`ve had some really freezing cold days in the last weeks and today we had the first snow.

Even though snow can be nice I prefer warm summer days, and I like to remember the months when barefooted girls can be seen on the streets of my town.

Here are some photos of hippy girl Celeste in summer, walking barefoot in the city and showing off those pitch-black soles ;-)
Brings a little warmth to my heart just thinking about it.

I love the fact that in the first picture she looks so conventionally dressed (at least from the ankle up! ) then in the next you see her dreads and gorgeous black soles.

Yeah, quite a few of my girls ask me about winter shoots. "Wouldn´t it be fun to be barefoot in the snow?"
Personally I´m not a big fan of bare feet in cold weather, but some of the women are up for it

It is cold where I live too, and as I myself like to go barefoot in the summer, I appreciate these picutres even more. I can feel the warmth spreading down to my toes as I clutch my hot cup of tea, covered in layers and layers of stupid clothes.

It's snowing in the part of the USA that I'm in right now too, so it's nice to have a reminder of nicer weather. I think Celeste is my favorite of your models, Hal.

If your models ask for pics of them barefoot in the snow...please oblige :-) It would be nice to see some.
