I thought you all might want to look at this article:

I, for one, love to see girls walk around the office without their shoes on!

,,, simple answer to not kicking your shoes off at work. Don't them there in the first place. Nothing sexy and eligant than a barefoot women, especially if she's classie about it. Like wearing slacks or a suit and (even though I like it) no attention drawing jewery or polish. Just maybe a subtle tan. But, pretty feet are a must.

A girl that sits in a cube near my office always wears flats to work and still can't keep them on. I see her bare feet every time I walk by, and a couple times I caught her chatting with our receptionist barefoot.

She has gorgeous feet (long toes, nice arch), but of course in this day and age I can't say anything.

I work in a corporate, but casual environment. So seeing women slip off their shoes in their office or around their work area isn't uncommon. Several months ago, there was a meeting of about 6 people who all knew each other well, in someone's office. So we're sitting in a tight space, on chairs and mini-sofas, basically facing toward the center. One of the office hotties was in the group, she's althletic and tall and has gorgeous feet and hands. Midway through the meeting, she slips off her flats and crosses her legs, just getting comfortable. I couldn't look. For the next 35 minutes, I could not even get a glipse, because anyone watching me would have seen me intentionally look, or god forbid the girl herself... we're sitting 2 feet from each other yet focused on this giant monitor. I don't take chances like that. So frustrating...
