Thanks to Isadora Duncan, modern dance is characterized by bare feet. Do you guys often go to these performances where you can look at beautiful dancers' bare feet for hours long?

Good timing..
I was just checking some You TUbe video's of the same topic. Dancers usually have very tough soles as a pure by product of the moves and routines. I would suppose the tougher more calloused their soles, the easier it is dance, which would be perfect match to be a full time barefooter. |

Also in Indian traditional dance performers have to be barefoot as well. Contemporary /interpretive/lyrical dance sometimes feature barefoot women, and it is too the case for a few other ethnic/national dances.
