My life without shoes is in my diary like an barefoot girl. You can see pictures and videos of my feet over burning ground in Madrid.

Cecilia,
Thank you soo much for all the updates biggrin.gif
Your feet are looking great, so natural and nicely shaped.
Is the hot pavement getting easier for you time goes on?
How much tougher are now than when you started?
What other things (rocks, gravel) are eaier to walk on now?
And I see you still smoke cigarette, how do exstinguish them when your barefoot?
Have you tried stepping them yet?

Keep up the good work, and don't too much too quick. Don't hurt yourself.

Now it's easier for me to walk on the hot ground, although it really burns. I can walk safely over rocks and gravel. And I can put out cigarettes with my bare soles. This week I'm making a video about it.

Congratulations, you will become a real barefooter very soon !!!! wink.gif

I've been walking barefoot for many years, but it's still very difficult to walk on hot pavement for me. My soles can't get used to high ground temperature sad.gif

Yes, it's hard, but my soles are used because summer is long in Madrid and I'm barefoot all the time.

Hi Cecilia
I have been away from this forum for a while, so it was a great surprise to read all your posts. I am also in Spain, and always wondered why no one else than me were barefoot. Great to see that you started a barefoot life.
I have lived bare foot in Spain for a while and love every step i take to feel the street under my soles.
On sunny summerdays the hot streets in Barcelona is about the limit for being too hot for me. I guess it is even more hot in madrid, amazing you have built up so strong soles in so short time.

I am some times in Madrid, hope to bump into you in the street some day and compare soles.

This is telling me is great! But I'm sure with time you can also withstand soil temperatures in summer in Barcelona. Courage!

I have the Courage, and my limits for hot pavements are constantly moving.
By the way, the photo of you dirty soles in your first post in this thread is stunning. Dirty soles is the trademark of a true barefooter. I always feel kind of naked when my feet are clean, and feel sorry when i wash off the dirt, I am much more comfortable when my soles are black after walking in the city. Crazy? Yes but who cares.
