Wow, so far spring has been amazing here in Germany!
I´ve never seen so many barefoot girls before this early in the year ... and it is only mid-May. We´ve been having a few very hot weeks ... I hope the weather continues to stay this sunny because it just makes women leave their shoes at home.
The best news is: I´ve got to know a bunch of really hardcore barefoot girls -- and they all have even more female friends who walk barefoot. It is kind of a bunch of cool hippyesque friends who organize festivals and stuff ... and they all hate shoes! What a paradise! I hope to feature them all on my website this summer. Of course I´ll keep you updated.

The first of these friends is Elsa. She is a cute little hardcore barefooter with tough powerful soles and feet. Her first video clip is mainly dedicated to those lovely dirty soles. Watch out for more clips from her (and her friends).

Looking at Elsa's feet, you could believe she has never worn shoes in her life.

Yeah, it`s hopefully going to be a great summer.

I think I don`t actually know any all-year-rounders. It would be pretty crazy to walk barefoot in a North German winter with -15 or -20 degrees Celcius. At least it wouldn´t be much fun.
But I do know a lot of barefoot girls who walk from around March until October.

Enigma, you asked about Katja. I actually met her a couple of weeks ago -- she cut her dreadlocks off and dyed her hair but was of course walking barefoot. She even had a new barefoot female friend by her side --- it seems that she has pursuaded more girls to walk barefoot than any other girl I know (except maybe for new model Elsa).
Unfortunately Katja moved away from my home town so I´m not sure how easy it will be to arrange a photo session, but she gave me her new mobile number so I´ll sort things out.

Who has the toughest soles ?

The railway track was a great test for soles,but,if possible,I suggest, to add a country side field ambientation : plowed fields,stubble fields,forest path full of thorns...like the work life of country side girls of 40'/50'...

I think she`s not as tough a barefooter as Janne, but we`ll see. I´ve never met her before.
Countryside would be nice but I live in the middle of a city with very little nature ... I´ll have to see what can be done. I also have hayfever, so at the moment fields are a no-go area for me
