Paul, great idea in presenting a barefoot model and her friend in shoes (sandals, in this case). Any chance her friend will finally take off her sandals and join Daria in going barefoot in part 4? She gave us a little tease in part 3. If not, perhaps an idea for a future series? "Carefree barefoot girl convinces friend in shoes to also go barefoot?"

You know my view of this........................surely it'd be so much better if she DOESN'T.
by the way I'm writing this from my hotel room is Moscow: it's great to feel so near the action and the weather today is perfect for a cold weather barefoot shoot - some slush on the ground but not actually that cold.
If only I could spot Paul out with the camera!

By the way, I didn't waste the recent weekend, I made two cold weather shootings - one with Kapitalina and other with a new girl. Unfortunately there was almost no snow, but puddles was sometimes frozen. Kapitalina drived her car barefoot, visited a marketplace and "Fix price" shop. She is really resistant to cold, it was a great fun to work with her.

Mike, where do you live in Moscow? I think there is a very little chance to spot me with a camera and a barefoot girl this week because I have backlogs and plan to spent this week at work with soldering iron in hands in front of PC

Kapa is a wonderful model! An inevitable question then: when is her clip going to be on? And one more: any visual teaser before that?

To make the comment relevant to the original topic: I agree with Mike.

I guess I'm in the minority then in hoping her friend takes off her sandals in part 4. That said it would be wonderful to see that some day - the friend of a barefoot model gradually being coaxed to also go barefoot.

If we all had the same tastes, the world would be a dull place.

Paul, to answer your question, I don't live in Moscow, I'm just here for the week on business. Very (but not brutally) cold it is too: perfect for cold weather shoots and yes, let's have preview of last weekend's work - especially the barefoot car driving.

The barefoot model should be with a shod friend...shod in fashionable boots...high boots...this would set off the barefootedness of the model like crazy..and of course, they would have to be in a crowded public place, ....a mall or the metro..I hope you use this as an idea Paul..cheers!

I would also love to see her friend coaxed into going barefoot too.

It would be even better if any of the public start talking to them and also decide to go barefoot!

It was disappointing that her friend didn't take her sandals off to join her friend in bare feet. But you can't have everything............maybe next time.

I say again, NO, the beauty is that her friend DOES NOT remove her shoes: more is not always better.
I'd like to see a series in which four girls go out for the day / evening: one in boots, one in closed shoes, one in strappy sandals and the other barefoot. The other three will remain in their shoes, thus preserving the magic of 'our' barefoot girl.
But do agree with jwiggum 2002 that you should come and film in the UK. As I've often suggested, send a couple of girls over for the Notting Hill carnival which is always the last Monday in August.

Very well put Mike123...and all i need to add is that in a shooting, the barefoot model should be the only one unshod. It's like this aura that the barefoot girl should have...the outrageousness, sexiness and vulnerability of being the only one...whether with a friend in a crowd, or by herself in a crowd, who's barefoot. With a friend in a crowd, the friend should be conspicuously shod...like maybe fashionable, high, lace up boots that I've seen (who knows, she might turn on some boot-freaks...and I've never understood guys who go for women in boots,lol) This kind of contrast...with the shod friend and the crowd, amplifies the incredible sexiness of our barefoot heroine.[I][/I]

Glad you agree, michael0218: I see so many posts suggesting the more the better: NO keep it special and have only one barefoot girl. It's like saying that seeing barefoot girls on the beach in summer is better than seeing a barefoot girl walk home from a nightclub through the grubby city streets which is plainly nonsense.

The analogy of the beach is a good...because EVERYONE goes barefoot at the beach...it's to be expected. The very audacity of a girl walking barefoot in public is like finding a four leaf clover, or seeing a UFO or something. Feet walking in sand never get black and sexy...and besides there are plenty of male feet at the beach too, and I have NO DESIRE to see a man's bare feet, whether at the beach or anywhere else for that matter. A barefoot girl walking with a shod friend, at the grocery store, on the sidewalk, places where you pay taxes (though that would never happen in my stupid, uptight city) the Metro, a club, etc., i.e., ANYWHERE, is the ultimate turn on....the only thing sexier is if a girl went in these public places barefoot in a bikini, which nearly anywhere isn't likely to happen. The episode with Julia in the shopping cart with her feet tickled would have been hotter, and almost erotic if her friend doing the tickling had shoes or boots on. I think we're probably in agreement in that too, lol.
I know that the weather in Moscow is pretty damned cold right now, and warm weather is some ways off,...I hope, before warm weather comes then that Paul will consider these ideas. And I'd truly love it if he could entice some old favorites from the past to return for some of these type of episodes.

Well if everyone agreed, what a boring world this would be. I think a friend wearing shoes who gets comfortable midway through a shoot to remove her shoes to join her barefoot friend would be great. You could see a contrast of clean bare feet versus dirty bare feet, and watch as the newly barefoot friend's feet get dirty. You could even have a scene of her throwing her shoes in the trash!

At one point her friend did take off at least one shoe, while they were sitting in the park. It was an ultimate tease. And the way the camera quickly zooms in on the girl who just removed her shoe - clearly the camera man was turned on by this too.
