Here's a little twist to that concept, and kind of extreme barefooting.
I knew a gal once that would hold the lit cigarette between her heels while she smoked it.
She'd sit in like a yoga position with her heels touching, then put a lit cigarette between then while she puffed on it with the hot "cherry" being held only by the presure between her feet.
She was like Polina and some of the other girls that have no problem putting cigarettes out barefoot. ANd she loved to show off how touch and almost hard her heels were.
I'd almost bet Anya could it, after seeing her last update, the most fascinating way I've seen a gal do it barefoot.
