Tanya, you can join our site by BHE bill from this page: http://www.city-feet.com/join.html.
You faced the problems with signing through the CC bill because we changed this payment system to the BHE.

you can cancell right afher you've signed. After that you'll have an access for one month and you will not have to pay money monthly afterwards.
