Just stumbled across this press photo of Heidi Solheim (from the Norwegian Band PRISTINE).
I like that she has dirty soles in the picture. The photo was printed half-page in our local newspaper -- not every morning that you open the newpaper and are greeted with dirty soles  Cheers, -Hal-  -------------------- More beautiful bare feet at Toes-in-Action.com

I like her Hal,...does she perform barefoot? Soooooo many females perform barefoot these days..it's sort of a golden age.

Yes, it's great.
I only heard of the band Pristine today for the first time, didn't know them before the newspaper article --- I googled Heidi Solheim but unfortuantely didn't find any barefoot-on-stage photos of her. -Hal- -------------------- More beautiful bare feet at Toes-in-Action.com

Great find indeed, mate! I can imagine your face when you opened the newspaper and saw the picture..
 From a purely musical standpoint, most of these barefoot female musicians are definitely NOT good for me.. but of course they provide very pleasant sights!!!  I mean.. a dirty-soled Tom Araya on stage.. would NOT be a pleasant sight!!!  Many thanks for sharing.. take care!!!  -------------------- |

If you are particulary into barefoot-on-stage performances, you should do some research for Florence Welch from Florence+TheMachine; being barefoot while singing is really her thing.
