I came across this Ebay item. It's a restaurnt menu from the 1950's, and the waitresses at it were apparently barefooted! Here's a link:

As you can see, it's pricey--$125!--but the dealer at least gives a large scan of it. I'd buy it--if it were $100 cheaper!

Pretty awsome find. I would open a restaurant like that but in Germany the law forbids waitresses from walking around barefoot in places where food is being served (ok, maybe we'll just serve foot instead of food wink.gif ).

Here, in the US, barefoot waitresses are more "doable." I believe that the law states that food workers can't be barefooted while preparing food, but it doesn't say anything about the servers being barefoot.
There was a "Barefoot Bar" in Hawaii, several years ago. It was on a beach, and the waitresses went barefoot. I believe it's closed, now.
And several years ago, I heard about a restaurant in the Phillipines. It was outdoors, in the middle of a natural spring, so the waitresses AND THE GUESTS were barefoot at it! Again, I'm not sure if it's still open.

Hmm, so there is actually one way that Germany is more uptight about bare feet than the US is. I'm surprised.

I guess a lot of your models are not waitresses, then. biggrin.gif Out of curiosity, are they mostly university students, or do they hold other jobs?
