Right now I've got a TIN signup going... I've had many of them over the years. Sometimes, our favorite sites don't update the way we'd like, just the hard realities of life. Fine... for those of us who have been around a long time... how about some kind of reward system, and make it retroactive.

Here's a scenario, I can't be the only person who notices this. You sign up with CF or TIN, yet again for that great update. But afterward, it's kind of a snoozefest. It's not great material and I think the owners know that. Then your membership expires, and voila! a nice update.

For those of us who have been signing up since way back in the day... how about a little VIP? As in, stick around for a great update coming in 4 weeks.

Even in case a vendor was willing to start a loyalty reward program (this is not my case, also because my paysites have been online since Dec 2013 only), he/she would probably be unable to implement it, as the customer billing system and the creation of the account is often outsourced to the site's host (in my case, BHE), which is likely to see this as an operational headache to stay away from.
Setting aside operational issues (by which parameter(s) would you measure "loyalty", for instance?), the very concept of "great update" is exquisitely subjective.. your "great update" might be a crappy one for other subscribers.
I cannot speak for other vendors, but my quality policy is based on 3 essential elements:
1) keeping technical standards (size, definition etc.) constant, or improving them;
2) staying on topic (I dare you to find a pic of mine where the model is wearing shoes or socks, or even shows clean bare feet indoors ) but also providing variety (which means different models in different situations)
3) focusing on previously unreleased material.
If one wants just "blue-eyed blonde barefoot beauties with all-natural E-cup tits and size 36EU/6US feet putting out cigarettes on their dirty soles" every week to be happy with his/her subscription.. my modest suggestion is to save money, grab a camera, and try creating one's own "great update" every week.. as no paysite will go after such a narrow segment..
People have different tastes, even within such a small niche as barefooting/dirty feet fetish.. us vendors try our best to keep the highest number of people happy for the longest time possible, often with very limited resources at hand.
As the old saying goes.. "you cannot always please everybody".

as feetosopher mentions, i guess that would be really hard to implement on the vendors site, but i like your idea and think it would be cool if there would be a kind of bonus system, like when you join 5 bhe sites you get a 6th one for a reduced price, or for example you buy 10 clips from clips4sale and get a 11th for free.
i think i was 5 or 6times member of city-feet already and i´m looking forward to the next time. the content quality is very good and also the technical standards (image resolution / video quality and resolution got better and better over the years)

i regulary join sites, when my membership expires i wait a month or two and join a different site, that journey goes on and on and perhaps 2 years later i will come back and rejoin a site where i have been before again.

currently i have a double membership of urban barefoot girls and urban barefoot nudity. and it expires in about 3 week, its pretty great how much very good content you get for 25USD, most likely feetosopher will continue publishing awesome new material, but i guess i´m going to wait a while for my next rejoin.. as i can be very patience. but well, i might rejoin sooner if there will be a SWAINS Feature in Barefoot Urban Nudity :-) SWAINS; SWAINS!!!!

your both sites are extremly great, i really dig most of your selection of models and pictures, altough i´m more a video kinda guy and i think there is some potential for you to get a better quality in your videos (they are not that bad, but they could be better) I really hope that one day can invest in a better video equipment in some time in the future, that would be totally awesome

I agree 100% with what The Feetosopher has written, he's basically said it all --- especially mentioning the fact that "a great update" is just a really subjective point of view. If you have any suggestions or things you'd like my models to do please write me an email and we can maybe work it out.

Unfortunately I also have no control over the billing of my website and the C4S store. You would have to suggest loyalty points directly to BHE or C4S.

I just wanted to add that amongst other things I have done two things to support fans:
1) I have not raised the fee for the membership since day # 1. So since the day Toes-in-Action was first launched to the web (in June 2003) the price has stayed at $12.95 --- which nowadays gives you 12 years of material, about 50.000 photos, a couple of hundred video clips and over 250 models.
2) Store owners at C4S have very little control over the prices of their clips -- but I always choose the lowest fee possible. For example a 10min clip could range from $8.99 up to as high as you want ($10, $12, $15, etc). I always choose the lowest price for every clip, and would go even lower but the C4S server does not allow this.

I believe that Toes-In-Action and BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS are the lowest-priced paysites about barefooting and dirty feet.. for the price of a meal at Burger King you get access to thousands of pics and hours of video footage of dozens of different barefoot beauties.. yet there will always be someone whining..

Sadly it's unlikely that SWAINS will ever be featured at BAREFOOT NUDITY.. but you never know..
As for the size of my videos: the originals are actually VERY BIG (1.920x1.080) and are HD, of course.. but you should consider that on the sites I need to find a balance between decent size and definition AND preventing that subscribers with not-so-high-performance internet connections have to wait until the next day to upload a video (the originals can easily be 2 Gigabytes in size!).
