City-feet members' message board > Barefoot memories&impressions > R.I.P. Phil of B-H-E :-(

Dear all, it is with huge sadness that I have just come to know that Phil Moore, pioneer of online services, founder and former owner of https://www.b-h-e.com/, passed away on November 23rd, 2025.
B-H-E has been, and still is, a cornerstone of online feet-related adult entertainment: it has been providing hosting and billing services to many foot fetish paysites, including my own, Toes-In-Action, and City Feet, among others.
Since the very first time that I got in touch with him, in February 2013, Phil showed unique kindness to me: he had the special gift of being professional and friendly at the same time. Over the years, he provided precious support to my site in several occasions, assisted by his top-class staff.
May the earth be light upon you, dear Phil: you will be missed. Rest in peace.

Very sad news indeed. They have a page on B-H-E with the links and banners of the sites that they host(ed), plus other feet-themed sites. Sadly, many of those sites are offline. It is a way of enjoying our passion for female feet that is fading away. As for the pioneers behind those sites, some are gone, some are retired. Among those in the old guard, only The Feetosopher and Paul soldier on.

A friend of mine who isn’t a member here wanted to know if it was still safe to buy a CF membership

Reason he wanted me to ask is because the membership join page triggered my anti virus and it wouldn’t let me proceed

No idea. The last time I was a subscriber to City Feet was back in 2020.
I see that B-H-E still provides the billing service. B-H-E is a 100% trustworthy company, but maybe it is the CF site that is not safe anymore.
I see that the frequency of updates to the site has significantly decreased in the last couple of years.
The new girls are rather unattractive, as far as my tastes are concerned. Ordinary looking models on CF are the main reason why I quit subscribing to the site.

The only model introduced in the past couple years that I really liked was Sveta, introduced in May of 2024. I thought she was cute

And before her, I was a big fan of Tatiana from December 2022. Speaking of which Christmas of 2022 was the last time I had a membership to the site.

R.I.P. Phil

Great artists and sites about the beauty and sensuality of female feet, barefoot beauties, seem to be disappearing. Maybe we belong to a generation that is fading away.

I wonder if we would ever see barefooting in women becoming something normal, shoes being an option like hats or gloves.

Anyway, let's keep appreciating the beauty of what we can, let's keep living in the present.

BTW, I want to wish everyone here a Happy Christmas, enjoy the holidays with your families and those you love. Thanks for being there, guys.
