| While I appreciate a barefoot girl in any outfit (or no outfit), and could have chosen option 5, I decided to be more specific and go with "poshy/glamorous." I really like photos where the woman looks like she has just left her office or a fancy party, but in bare feet. I think it's the contrast between the "high society" clothes and the "common" bare feet that makes it so special. Also, this seems to be the most rarely seen style in photos of barefoot women. |

| I especially enjoy seeing women barefooted in dresses, pants suits, and other such formal outfits. A barefoot businesswoman, for example. I also love seeing girls in uniforms--waitress, airline attendant, nurse, etc--barefooted! |

As you probably noticed, my models SWAINS & AMELIE have a terrific wardrobe.. they are more on the poshy side than on the formal one.. but maybe you might like this outfit by SWAINS..  |

Hello my friend, many thanks for voting and for commenting! You will remember that the now-offline original site by the great Arnaud Ferrand mostly featured barefoot beauties in "Haute Couture" outfits. And as a longtime subscriber to BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS, it's no surprise to you that it deals with "The Glamorous Side of Barefooting"! I have always left my models completely free about the choice of their outfits for the shootings.. but surely the group of models who posed for me from 2013 onwards (SWAINS, RED-X, AMELIE, etc.) favored poshy/glamorous/sexy attires.. besides hot pants, bikinis & thongs, of course! (all these models have galactic booties! ).I especially love two shootings I held with SWAINS & AMELIE, one in Venice, and the second in my hometown Mantova.. you would tell that the girls are just out of the Grand Hotel or the Opera.. except for their bare feet & dirty soles!   |

Yeahhhh Duffman...as much as I approximated "hot pants and top" impulsively to that magical "yellow top and miniskirt" combo of the legendary Julia (close similarity between hot pants and a mini skirt),...most of my favorite models, like Alexandra, Alyona and those two Svetas and Natasha(I'm sure everybody knows which models I'm referencing) wore dresses, which I love just as much.....just sayin'  I guess the most important thing for me is not to hide or obscure the legs of the model with anything at all. |

I am pretty sure that you voted for the "hippie style" outfit.. didn't you? Indeed I did not consider the "short dress / miniskirt" option.. I did so because - like the "long dress" - these outfits can be declined in either a "poshy/glamorous" way.. or in a "hippie" way. The bottom picture that you posted is indeed fantastic.. both the girl and the location.. it seems a typical rural UK railway station.. any clues about the exact location? It might surprise you, but I have travelled extensively across England, Cornwall, Wales and Scotland in the late 80s and early 90s.. and I have very fond memories of those trips.. of British girls.. and of their massive boobs.. I had the luck of spending 15 days in Cornwall and Wales in the infamous "hot summer of 1995".. girls went around in minimal outfits, and I was in heaven! Plus, I have HUNDREDS of British sexy magazines from the 60s to the early 90s.. Penthouse, Men Only, Club International, Escort, Mayfair.. So I am in no way anti-UK.. I am just "anti-Duffman" .. but maybe it's time that we found a way towards a more relaxed interaction here on the Forum..what do you think? |

I used "casual" as a shortcut to define outfits which basically include long jeans, jumpers, sweatshirts.. a "relaxed", non-aggressive style. I am with you all the way as long as "leg shows" are concerned, Sir! Many of my models also use miniskirts, which have the added value of letting you peek at panties.. or LACK OF PANTIES!!! However, hot pants let you better appreciate booties.. and I have the luck of having models with world-class booties in my roster.. and they are not shy at all about wearing the most outrageous & revealing hot pants! I make the best of all these assets at BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS.. as sexy FENICE (hot pants) & LADY D (miniskirt) clearly show..   |

It is interesting to note that in a similar survey which I have launched on my Facebook profile.. the "poshy-glamorous" outfits are leading by an ample margin over the "hippie-style" ones.. This clearly shows that fans of http://barefoot-urban-girls.com/home.html, and even more so subscribers.. favour BUG also for the more elegant style brought to female barefooting especially by SWAINS.. not surprisingly, she works in the fashion sector..   |

| I voted for the glamourous style: it's your signature move, the path you traced and you should not stray from. It's just my little opinion, but most of all I'm not sure that creating another "fake-real-life" oriented site with casual models could be a good idea. |

Judging by the position of the two white slabs on the bottom left of the picture, I'd say this was Redfield-on-Thames station.... ...actually that's bullshit. I have no idea, but if you watch her YT channel ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjTRZIahNTQ26q3T1gipqrw ) she sounds posher than the queen so it will be one of the home counties outside London (I'm going for Surrey). Sadly, I'm a dirty pie-eating northerner, so I'd have no chance either way.

William Hill was giving Duffman going for the hippie style 1:1 I have been to the North of England as well, in 1988.. Lake District, Durham and York.. beautiful places indeed.. no barefoot girls around yet..  That Imogen is as hot as hell, and her channel is very interesting.. I will start to follow it (even if I have very little time for watching vids). I am very happy that you finally understood my secret love for you, Duffman..  Well, seriously.. we both have a longtime love story with barefoot beauties.. and we both have put important efforts to keeping this forum alive. | I think it was fun to have the poll...anything to keep this forum alive and active is worthwhile ...but I can more accurately describe my "outfit" preferences, for what it's worth by just saying that I like,...no...I LOVE form fitting, shortish dresses that generously displays the delightful legs of the model...legs and feet are an irresistible combination for me. So dresses are part 1 of 2. For Part 2 of 2, a top with either a miniskirt or shorts (hot pants or "regular shorts")...though Feetosopher described the key feature of miniskirts and hot pants very well,...I think they're too closely related in my mind...both are delightful for me because the legs are exposed in their glory .As for negatives, I'm not too keen at all on the Posh/Glamorous option at all....these girls remind me of runway models and not real live, every day barefoot beauties...almost like going to the beach, where you see barefoot females, but they're expected to be barefoot at the beach....no real big deal. Glam types preen and strut around, and never in a "natural" milieu...then the show is over, and they put on their fashionable heels/stilettos and disappear. The hippie option is ok as long as the lower garment isn't too long and luxurious and ends up obscuring the legs. Casual, as Feetosopher described that category, isn't my cup of tea either, much in the same way as uniforms of any kind, or office wear, for that matter. All those negatives come with a caveat, however,...If I encountered, however miraculously, any of these types, I would be enthralled by the sheer novelty of a glamorous barefoot woman on display, but we're talking about the IDEAL outfit for a barefoot girl, so that explains my preferences. |

If this condition is met, then I can wonder what kind of outfit is the best for a barefoot beauty So... I like poshy/glamorous, I love hot pants & top, I do love casual... but hippie style is the most beautiful and the most fantastic type of outfit which barefoot beauty could use!  when I see a girl/woman who wears long and sexy colourful skirt, dress or even bloomers, some extra accessories (like sexy earrings, anklets or bracelets) and of course has sexy, dirty and calloused bare feet, I feel like I would live in heaven (unfortunately, I don't have a lot of sights like that in Poland ). I wondered why I am so horny about hippie style and maybe the answer is that hippie style is the most "true" barefoot outfit. Everytime when I look through pictures from 60's and 70's and I see photos of true barefoot girls, almost everyone of them wears a "hippie" outfit. This is so sexy!Below photos which really makes me crazy!   |

"De gustibus non est disputandum", my Latin ancestors used to say.. personal tastes are personal tastes, and they can only be respected! I am with you 100% on hot pants & miniskirts, and I am equally not a big fan of the "casual" looks (even if many of my early models favoured it).. As for the hippie style.. it covers a wide range of outfits indeed! While I love many of them, I really cannot stand "baggy trousers" and "bell-bottom" jeans. I find them the ultimate pits of anti-sexual clothing! Even a beauty like KEA loses some appeal in the outfit of the picture I have selected, IMMO. I don't see poshy/glamorous outfits as a turn-off.. it's exactly the opposite for me! I find "out of tune" elements very intriguing! I made no secret about SWAINS, AMELIE, and other models of mine wearing shoes in a number of occasions.. but the fact that they equally love to dress themselves in classy elegant outfits, and spend a day out without shoes, getting their soles filthy, knocks me out! A picture like the one of SWAINS at Bologna railway station below, just makes you wonder.. "er, wait.. WHERE are the SHOES?"  |

Surely bare feet are usually associated with the hippy culture.. but many people forget that "barefoot elegance" was born BEFORE the hippy movement.. it dates back to the gorgeous Brigitte Bardot and to icons of pre-hippy British pop culture like Jeanne Shrimpton and Jean Birkin.. | Feetosopher, your model Lalla fully exemplifies the description you gave of "casual"...about it being so unsexy. Lalla herself, has gorgeous feet...gloriously dirty soles and a playfully sexy way of posing them,..but she kind of ruins it for me by dressing like a boy. My favorite of your models was the beautiful blonde Amanda...who is no longer with you....just beautiful and elegant she was, with LOVELY feet. She could have been "glam" and I wouldn't have held it against her at all....just my 02.00 cents. |

I basically agree with you that "casual" outfits often fail to enhance the beauty of a model. I mean, LALLA is a beautiful girl, but that outfit makes her look "cute" rather than "hot".. which is kind of a turn-off to me.. The "casual" look has its supporters, yet.. as the poll results clearly show! It has yielded more votes than our beloved "hot pants & top" combo, indeed.. As for AMANDA.. she will forever remain one of the most beautiful girls I have ever met in my life! But every photographer has to deal with girls who quit modelling. Wonderful Toes-In-Action models I had the privilege of meeting in person quit modelling too (e.g. HEIKE, KATJA, SHEILA etc.).. and I am pretty sure that many City Feet models did the same. Everybody must accept change and deal with it. Let's pay a tribute to gorgeous AMANDA, in any case..  |

And thank you a lot for post this pic of Swains... this photoshoot is my favourite... she looks great in every type of outfit but... in this hippie dress and her black, dirty and caloussed feet SHE IS A BAREFOOT GODDESS! And I am agree with your words completely. I love Brigitte Bardot, she was one of the most famous barefooters, there is a lot of pictures with her, when she was barefoot in daily situations, not only in posing for photos, what is really fantastic. |

While I would emphasize that I have seen outstanding pics of barefoot girls in each of the outfits in the poll, I will offer my favorite somewhat recent example of a posh/office girl, City Feet's model, Ksenia: http://www.city-feet.com/models/195/view For me, Ksenia is a complete package; face, figure, clothes, bare feet - All spectacular! An older favorite of mine is a set that The Feetosopher did with Hal's model, Heike. for some shots, she's wearing a short, brown/gold dress, and in others she's wearing a black (or maybe dark purple) dress. | I went for the first option because it is closest to the style that I like most. Well, I have always had a thing for barefoot women sporting a formal outfit. In my opinion, itīs because of the strange incongruity between posh clothes and lack of footwear. On top of that, I like it much more when I can see that the lady concerned has ended up barefoot by accident and is now forced to brave that new and a bit unpleasant situation. Would, say, a manager take her shoes off on her own? Probably not! I guess, thatīs why I also prefer cold weather scenarios because they make something like that even more improbable. :-) As far as Iīm concerned then, more businesswomen, please. :-) By the way, a wonderful poll and even better photos, Feetosopher! |

I am honestly not very much into asking my models to "disguise" themselves in this or that way.. yet I had a real-life young lawyer with a passion for leisure time barefooting who posed for me in 3 occasions around 10 years ago.. LUCE! Unfortunately she did not dress formally when she posed for me.. she preferred a "casual" look for the shootings (see pictures below). Sexy LUCE was also known for having one of the hottest booties in Bologna (Italy), and she drove a Mercedes SLK! Maybe this year I will be lucky enough to find another true businesswoman, willing to walk around the city barefooted in a formal attire! Sexy barefooting lawyer LUCE (feet size 40EU/9.5US).. yes, the car is hers!     |

Sure, if models arenīt comfortable for this as well as countless other reasons, your work is probably ruined... As for Luce, a barefoot lawyer, wow! She looks great even in her causual atire. Quite frankly, I donīt want to think what her pics would do with me if she had worn what she usually puts on when sheīs about to set off for her office! :-) Thanks for pointing out her car too. as I stated in various occasions, I am fascinated by the "incongruity" element in female barefooting, too..I had the chance to see LUCE dressed formally (and wearing heels), and I can assure you that she would have been a real knock-out if she had left her heels at home! |

| Dear all.. it might be of interest for you to know the FINAL RESULTS of a similar SURVEY I made on my Facebook profile https://www.facebook.com/renatus.feetosopher The focus was a bit different, as it asked: "Which kind of OUTFITS would you like to see more at BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS for 2018?" Two options were available: 1) "Poshy/glamorous/sexy" 2) "Hippie/alternative" Not surprisingly, the clear majority of my followers favoured option 1! The final results were: "Poshy/glamorous/sexy": 27 VOTES / 66% "Hippie/alternative": 14 VOTES / 34% The above results further prove that I made the right choice when I decided to go my way at BAREFOOT URBAN GIRLS, rather than copying other sites.. It is also interesting to note that the share of "hippie look fans" in my FB survey is comparable to the one in this survey (34% vs. 37%). |

She's cute, I wonder she's willing to do more than go barefoot in the grass at a festival and start going barefoot in the street. Those feet would look perfect if the soles looked like the feet in my signature! On that note, to answer the poll (which I voted in a while ago), hippie look is my favorite. A stoned hippie girl with dreadlocks, a nose ring, earthy clothing, anklets/toe rings, wandering around the dirty city streets is as sexy a look as possible. Celeste from Toes-In-Action in her first two photo/video sessions was perfect in that way. |
