| Hello! I'm Cecilia de Madrid. Yesterday I was walking through a field that is near my house to train my feet. As you can see the soil consists of sand, gravel and stone fatter. | Beautiful pictures Cecilia, thank you very much! It's great to see how you're training your feet in order to make your soles tougher, harder and rougher. I am sure that soon the skin on the bottom of your feet will look and feel like true leather. |

| Excellant Cecilia, Love your commitment to your baerefoot lifestyle. Your soles are looking great! Like dark leather. Did you crush those cans barefoot? How did the gravel and stones feel? Before long you'll be puting cigarettes out and walking on anything barefoot... Like to a video of you doing these things |
