Tie-breaking criterion: in case the two contestants are tied with the same number of votes, the tie will be broken by the number of
"declared" votes that each contestant has received. This means, the number of forum members who publicly declared their vote for each contestant.
If the two contestants are tied also in terms of "declared" votes, the model who got more votes in the Group stage, based on official results, will qualify for the semi-final.
If the two contestants are still tied, a "sudden death" rematch will be held: the first model to get three votes will proceed to the semi-finals.

It was a really difficult choice because I also love Perlanera, but Swains is Swains, and she got my vote in the end.

Perlanera is sweet and cute. But Swains is fabulous. So my vote for Swains is a no brainer.

I realise that this will be blasphemy to some here, but I am actually quite indifferent between these two. They both have this femme fatale look to them that I'm not a huge fan of, nor am I a big fan of either's costume choice. That's not to say that they are not both beautiful models, because they are! They're just not my personal faves.

In the end I voted for Perlanera because her soles appear tougher and dirtier. Dirty feet is, after all, why we're all here so I figured that should always be my "tie-breaker" criterion.
