| Hi, Have decided to throw the shoes off now for 95% of the day! the other 5% am sorry to say is when am working! Most people have a thing about seeing some one in their barefeet! But already am finding it quite a thrill to be free of shoes and walk about feeling the dirt under my soles. My feet are now getting used to the rough and smooth so if anybody would like to post with any comments that you think l will find useful! Please don`t be shy. Thank you! |

| Amazing, you only work 5% of your time, lucky you!!! That's an average of less than 2 hours per day, wow! |
