Do any of you get to see much barefooted girls, at your jobs? If so, is it mostly shoes-off-at-their-desks, or do they ever actually walk around barefooted?
I do see a lot of barefoot women, at my job. Mostly, it's at their desks, but sometimes they actually walk around barefooted!

I've only seen girls with their shoes off under their desks, never really walking around the office barefoot.

However, working in downtown Manhattan, I was around for when Occupy Wall St happened, and there were a number of barefoot girls around for that. I'll never forget one total mess of a hippie girl, who may not have brought shoes with her, or lost them, or something. She had the dirtiest feet I've ever seen. The toenails, her ankles, the tops of her feet were filthy, say nothing of her soles. And she was one of a number of girls with no shoes on.

So while that wasn't strictly speaking at work, I got to enjoy it during my lunch break and after work each day.

Although there´s no strict dress code in the place where I work, women almost never kick off their shoes under their desks let alone anywhere else in the office. Frankly, it´s a pity because they´re quite beautiful and having a chance to see them barefoot would be very pleasant.

However, once a true miracle happened. I had to talk to my boss, who´s almost fifty with black hair, big boobs and fantastic ass. Anyway, I knocked at her door and entered. I don´t have to tell you that what I saw there came as a shock. She was standing barefoot by the bookcase chacking some files! I must have surprised her because she glanced towards her desk as if she wanted to run back there. Well she didn´t. She talked to me just in her bare feet flexing her wonderful toes and later on she even walked along a carpeted corridor to another office because she needed to discuss the problem with somebody else as well.

I have to work a "respectable" (?

?) job to earn a living and to buy some time and money for my barefoot-themed projects.
This is not amusing at all most of the time.. but has also delivered some really exciting (even if rather exceptional) moments. Two involved my female boss (a very attractive woman in her early 40s), some the female secretary of my boss (who has fantastic feet and loves strutting them) and one a female employee of a firm we often cooperate with.
Here is a synthetic report of each of them (please note that every female colleague of mine, as well as my female boss, know that I have a foot fetish, and are OK with this).
BOSS # 1: I had been employed for one year, and she invited all the staff at her place for a summer dinner. I rang the bell.. she opened the door.. with no shoes in sight! She must had been strolling around the house barefooted for the entire day, as she had quite dirty soles! I nearly fainted.. and had to do my best to mask a permanent hard-on for the entire evening, as she did not care to put on any shoes after also my colleagues arrived!
BOSS # 2: after a work meeting in another town, my boss went to fetch her car to drive us back to the office (a 4-hour trip). She wore pumps when she left me waiting.. it soon started to rain cats and dogs! When she arrived, I jumped into the car to discover - in delight - that she was driving.. barefooted! And she did so for four hours! We even talked about my passion for female feet, and I politely but enthusiastically praised the beauty of her feet.. she smiled all the way and seemed really flattered!
SECRETARY: when my bosses and colleagues are not around (this does not happen frequently, unfortunately), she is really happy to kick off her shoes to show me her bare feet, especially if she is wearing a new nail polish.. she has terrific size 37EU/6.5US feet with high arches, and a collection of over 250 pair of shoes! One time she even walked barefooted in her office to please me.. OMG! Will she allow me to massage her feet one day?
OTHER FIRM EMPLOYEE: her company is based abroad so I have limited chances to admire her but.. she regularly strolls around their offices barefooted!

I was at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC when there were shuttle buses to the NJ Meadowlands where the Grateful Dead were playing. This was a Saturday afternoon. I saw this barefoot girl (mid 20's I'd say). I said "We like the same shoes!". She quickly placed her sole up against mine because she thought hers were wider. We were the same width. Her soles were tough and dirty. Her name was Trish and she told me she didn't even own any shoes to wear if she wanted to. She said she worked in a small clothing shop in Greenwich Village and the owners were OK with her being barefoot.
Another time I met a worker in Strawberries (a record store) in CT. She, too, worked barefoot. Her feet weren't too dirty but they did look tough and worn.
Sadly those days are long gone:-(
