Hi,

This sounds great to me, I might actually be interested in taking part myself, but the possibilities of seeing all these ladies is very exciting!!!

Where can I find more info on this, I have tried the links but nothing seems to point to the story (other than your blog).

Any more info people?

The link has an advert, sorry! You have to wait 5 seconds and click skip - The actual website has very little information so struggling to find out the information myself. Love the idea of this type of event though :-)

Very big thumbs up for this event - Obviously it's for a good cause and it's hopefully going to promoting the acceptance of being barefoot in public.

Our website has the main article at http://bit.ly/1FqEsjN

I can't make it to this event unfortunately.

I hope someone here does and manages to get some photos!

Ten girls walked barefoot from Waxy's at The Printworks. There were another few with them but they remained shod.

It might be better if this was done in spring or summer and in an area where the girls could be seen more easily. - It was very busy when they walked and most people were preoccupied with shopping.
The advantage of doing it in summer is that more girls might be willing to join them, if only for a short walk, and the publicity would be greater.

I completely adree Steve! I spoke to a girl who has done the event before and she said that there have been summer events, but it's all organised by the Take The Walk charity group.

Glad that this topic inspired others to participate though smile.gif

I also agree Steve. Some years ago I went to a barefoot charity walk. It was the time of year where it should be cold but by luck it was a warm, sunny magnificent day. Turnout was good.

Here are two girls before the walk started that I got some photos of:

And then one of the girls I was able to get to pose again and you see the results of the barefoot walk. A really fun day for me!

That's a great set of Photo's jwdf88 - The girl in the black top is really attractive and her feet are a really nice shape. So glad you were abe to get a before and after of the other girl :-)

What event was this and where was it held?

I do not remember the name of the event as it was a few years ago. It was held in Springfield, USA.
