1. Cube....an unusual science fiction film about a group of strangers mysteriously trapped inside a giant cube set with booby traps. To test the booby traps, the group throws their shoes into various rooms. All cast members including two women end up barefoot for the entire movie.
2. Cube: Zero.....inferior but still interesting prequel. One female cast member, hot Canadian actress, ends up spending the entire movie missing one shoe (the only movie I can think of where a female cast member is "half barefoot" for the entire movie). Not many close ups but the uniqueness of the movie makes it worthy of the list.
3. Wolf Creek.....Australian slasher film where one of the leading actresses spends the movie fleeing a psycho Paul Hogan type in bare feet...her feet endure all sorts of dangerous and dirty terrain.
3. Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. One of the best. Another slasher movie featuring a young (and at the time unknown) Renee Zellweger, who is not especially proud of the movie, but to add an element of realism insisted on spending the entire movie barefoot, fleeing a bunch of cannibals including an also then-unknown Matthew McConaughey.
4. Tourist Trap: Another horror movie, from the '70s, featuring a young Tanya Roberts (future Charlie's Angel), who is abducted and tied up in tight shorts and bare feet. Roberts apparently enjoys showing off her pretty feet in film (see the 1984 semi classic "Sheena").
5. Maid to Order....this may be harder to find, not sure if it's even on DVD. Ally Sheedy appears in this late '80s comedy about a spoiled brat whose guardian "witch" decides to teach her a lesson. The Sheedy character ends up homeless on the streets barefoot. A few good close ups of her feet while she roams the streets of Beverly Hills before (unfortunately) finding a pair of shoes in a dumpster.
6. And speaking of Paul Hogan....the '80s classic Crocodile Dundee has a climax involving the female lead actress that is famous for fans of bare feet in movies. See it and you'll know what I mean.
