Dear friends...
the past weeks have been very tough for me from a personal and professional standpoint. I guess that nobody here cares about my personal troubles

, but maybe someone is interested in being updated on my photographic projects.. and maybe also has some good advice to give me for the future.

My cooperation with URBAN CANDY STORE finished some days ago.
My items have been removed from the online stores, and they are hence not available anymore (well, for now at least). It was a shared decision with Naveed Thomas, the webmaster. He has now more important things to care about in his life, he is unable to promote the site adequately, so he suggested that we quit, and I agreed.
I will FOREVER be friends with Naveed: he is one of the coolest guys I've ever worked with.
And as long as URBAN CANDY STORE is online, I will ALWAYS be a supporter.

But for now at least, I have no commercial outlets for the pictures and videos I have been taking in my BAREFOOT URBAN NUDITY project (real-life barefooters with dirty soles in explicit urban flashing and outdoor nudity).

So, what should I do? Try to make this project successful also from a commercial standpoint, or quit taking nude pictures and re-focus on non-nude pictures only?

My cooperation with TOES-IN-ACTION (I supply non-nude pictures about female barefoot lifestyle & dirty feet fetish) is instead alive & kicking.

I am great friends with Hal Heaven, he is a super-cool guy to work with, so I see no reason to quit cooperating with him.. but maybe some of you see it differently.

And then.. SHOULD I LAUNCH A PAY WEBSITE ON MY OWN? And which type of stuff should I focus on? CLOTHED BAREFOOT BEAUTIES ONLY? NUDE BAREFOOT BEAUTIES ONLY? BOTH?

Finally... MAYBE I AM JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH AT TAKING PICTURES AND VIDEOS FOR PAY WEBSITES... so maybe I should consider QUITTING FOR GOOD AND GO FISHING!!!

Well friends... you have a chance to let me know your honest opinion on the above issues... I will truly appreciate any input coming from you!!!

Personally, I always thought your non-nude barefoot stuff was a class above. but thats just my personal preference.

Elegantly dressed, nicely made up girls of all ages, blatently barefoot in all weather (including snow) and very public situations (lie markets, cinemas, resteraunts, art galleries etc)

This site City-feet is great but I loved your stuff where the girls were well wrapped up with their hair and make up nicely done and the bare feet almost a fashion accessory

I would pay for a site like that!!

Feetosopher,

As you found many pretty models, I think it would be a pity to stop sharing your pictures with all persons who like barfoot women.

Then there is the question of nudity or non-nudity. Everyone has its opinion, and of course I also have one : mine is that it will be a great idea to launch your own pay website, with both nudity and non-nudity.

The nudes pictures are great but there is something about your non-nudes that are fantastic. There is something about wearing stylish clothes and barefoot. The barefeet really stand out. I like your train station pics with the models standing around and then showing the soles afterwards.

Dear Feetosopher! I am glad that you are back after a long absence!
I miss your photos and videos on Urban Candy Store. It is a shame that this project has ended!
I believe that you must continue with Toes-In-Action: there is no reason for stop a successful project!
But I also believe that you must continue to sell your fantastic photos and videos of sexy barefoot nude girls in the city!
I think that a website that has the non-nude and the nude girls together is the best solution, because you will make happy also the people who are not interested in the nude girls.
But please do not quit and go fishing! We have too many fishermen in Mantova, but you are the only great photographer we have!

You should not give up at the very first (and small) "defeat" you suffer.. yes, competition is tough, it's a niche market, most people cannot tell quality pics & vids like yours from the shit which abunds on the web.. but I see no reason to quit supplying Toes-In-Action after a six-years success story, Hal is a friend of yours.. you are a complete idiot if you do this!!!
As for your nude project.. come on, you have made a serious attempt at developing it into a successful business just for a few months, and you are already giving up??? Try running a website and/or store on your own, first.. what the heck!!!

As others have already said, your past work has earned you a place in the dirty feet Valhalla. But here on earth, it occurs to me that you will find a wider range of models willing to do non-nude than nude work. Also it just happens to be my personal preference, though public nudity does not offend my sensibilities in anyway. also, i think the partnership with Hal should continue if it is working for both of you since it has produced some great stuff in the past.

i for one would join a paysite that you started, especially if it featured lots of non-nude series in real-life settings. there is something terribly sexy about a woman willing to walk barefoot in public these days, to me it says I love life!

My opinion : join Hal Heaven in Toes in Action site,and continue your excellent work finding and taking shot of beautiful girls with leather soles !
Only original barefooters.

In this you are the best (with Hal Heaven).

Double the team will double the force and,I hope for you,the money

Maybe with some new ideas,for example you may create a specific italian section,with typical italian environement.
I also suggest an old fashion section : with a old country side ambientation....

you still can go fishing if you would like, but you should never ever stop making videos and photos, so i would suggest to you:
to open your own clipforsale and imagesforsale sites and keep up your awesome work

if that will not work out, perhaps a selfmade "paypal" store is easier?

it would be such a loss if i could not buy your work anymore..your videos and pictures are so great!! especially the nude ones, but also the non nude.
And its way too soon to finish your career, you are just at the beginning!!

of course you still can contribute some non nude fotos to toes-in-action!
but to be honest, i only join TIA once in 2 years.. and i do like your nude-work best, the non nude is great too, but the nudes with those filthy soles is just a niche that is only served by you!

About your suggestion, see the reply I gave to Bfphil. The results of the poll seem to suggest that the majority does not want my nude pictures to be mixed with my non-nude ones.

About shootings in train stations: sadly since 2010 it has become very difficult for me to shoot there, as nearly every time that I started doing it, the railway police showed up, asked for my ID and for the model's too, and ordered us to quit immediately and go away. I got fed up with this annoying ritual, so I have quit taking pictures there..

OK, you are right... quit supplying Toes-In-Action would be extremely unfriendly towards Hal, so I am not considering it.. even if it could make sense from a commercial standpoint. Why should people (and even more so all Toes-In-Action subscribers) pay to join my website, if they can find my pictures also at Toes-In-Action??? (this of course applies to my clothed pictures, not to the nudes).
To join my website, they must find something they cannot find elsewhere.. the difficult thing is understanding WHAT this "plus" might be.. and then being able to deliver it regularly!!!
Finding nude & non-nude pictures combined seems to be a plus for some (including you), but it also seems to be unpleasant for many others here, so I might risk losing customers.
Probably having separate websites is a better solution.

Just one input for your reflections (as you have been, and are still, helping me financially in my projects).

I have proposed Hal other possible forms of cooperation between us (besides, or in alternative to, me being a regular contributor to Toes-In-Action).
The opening of a dedicated section for my pictures at Toes-In-Action was among my proposals, and also the inclusion of my nude pictures & videos in Toes-In-Action and/or in Hal's clips4sale store.
Hal has always replied that he is happy with Toes-In-Action as it is, and I never insisted. I am friends with Hal, I have deep respect and admiration for him. Toes-In-Action is his creation, and I would NEVER try to interfere with his strategies.
If I want to run things my way, I must launch one or more websites of mine.
Whether this makes sense from a commercial standpoint, and how should this be done practically.. well, it's exactly what I am trying to understand here with your help!!!

One of my great fears in starting a pay website focusing on non-nude pictures only is that it might be seen by many as a "poor people's clone" of City Feet or Toes-In-Action, and that very few would actually be willing to spend 15-20$ per month to join it.
I cannot frankly compete with City Feet or TIA: they have been around for over 10 years. Plus, it's a niche market, numbers are tiny, and some "latecomer" sites have already been forced to close for lack of subscribers.

You said it.. dirty-soled nude girls are a Feetosopher's specialty.. so let's keep on delivering!!!

Be present that continuing with BAREFOOT URBAN NUDITY will mean to have the competition of thousands of porn sites (tens of thousands).
Ask as you want,but substantially BAREFOOT URBAN NUDITY is a porn type site,and this environment,the dirty soles became a secondary aspect...

Dirty hard soled, not nude, girls picture will be much more original,of niche...ok this site and toes in action can in the future competing with you,but how many site of this type are present on the web now : 2/3 maybe 5... there is enough beacon for all (or none for no one...).

In any case good luck with your next activity

Plus I am not competing with thousands of porn sites: public flashing is a very specific niche, there are probably less than 20 websites focusing on it, and NO WEBSITE - to my knowledge at least - operates with REAL-LIFE EXHIBITIONIST FEMALE BAREFOOTERS as models!!! This is an EXCLUSIVE FEATURE of my BAREFOOT URBAN NUDITY project!!!

As for posting some of my classics here.. I just want to experiment my new Photobucket account.. and see how it works.. what about a couple of snaps of gorgeous barefoot martial arts enthusiast AIKO???

One website, two websites, do what you want but..
1) Keep cooperating with Toes-In-Action. I am pretty sure that Hal is willing to help you. You two "compete" only for the barefooting/dirty soles stuff, but TIA covers a much wider spectrum of sub-genres than you. Plus, if Hal continues to have your pics on TIA, I guess he will not consider your website a menace.
2) DO NOT QUIT. It's only a matter of being motivated and trying your best to succeed. Come on... how many in the industry can take pictures like the two of Aiko you have posted? I am sure that there are still folks around who can appreciate this, and that are happy to PAY FOR THIS. We'll see how many these folks are, but if you don't try, you will never understand your true business potential!!!

If you like to do big buisness your are obviously in the wrong market, but you already know that.
You dont take those pictures and videos because you want to make money, but because you Love to do that.
I think the real question for you is not if you would continue to take pictures and videos, but if you want to share themwith us, or to keep them for yourself.

I think there is not such a competition as you think there is, our at least what you wrote on a couple of threads.
The majority of visitors and readers are not willing to pay for any of those sites anyway, they are happy with the free stuff thats online and thats it.. but for some of us, like me, those free stuff is not satisfying enough, and i´m happy and willing to pay for content that i like and love to watch and look at, and also see it as respect and confirmation to those content makers.

I´m a regular member of various websites, i regulary purchase videos from clip4sale amateurs and i´m totally happy with it, to me there is no question about it which one i buy or not, if i like the content i´m gonna buy it, perhaps not this week if i already purchased over my limit, but then i´m gonna buy it the week after.
But i also know i´m a small minority , but for me its so important to support content makers like you.

Everbody invest lots of money in their hobbys, some obuy dvds or music, some spend lots of money in cars, some others collects stamps or even some collects orchids, or some collects guitars. some invenst in their photography and video equipment etc.
Beeing "Feetosopher" is your hobby, your 2nd life, dont give up, you do such a good work, even if only some of us appreciates them properly, but we do!!

that you only got 16 downloads for Cecilias Video in the Roman Castle is a shame

but be patient, i predict you, once you got your own clip4sale site, and the content is online for a long period of time, it multiplys.. i bet you already have a huge collection of pictures and videos you took that you can use as back-catalog

You also must promote your stuff more on the web. make small videos on youtube, youporn, etc.. also on different amateur and exhibitions boards, foot-fetish boards, you gotta need to flood them
But on youtube, and those other video channels, when you upload your short clips, the most important is that you TAG them correctly, so that many people gonna find or stumble accross them, and then you must have the link to your Clips4sale site clearly visible, on every page, right below the video, so that those watcher can easily and fast jump to your site.

I really love the pictures of Aiko you have posted here, the shot with the dirty foot next to hear face. lovely!

I really wish you could make some videos of girls smoking cigarettes with their dirty feet, and her lips touching her sole, or even better if a girl licks her own dirty soles or the dirty soles from another girl.

Many thanks indeed for all your suggestions on how to better promote my material on internet!!! I must definitely improve the visibility of my projects on the web, and to do so I can only share stuff of mine in the right places on a regular basis, and do it smartly.
I have started making retail sales of my material (exactly the clips you bought) only in August 2012, through my cooperation with Urban Candy Store. Before I had only been supplying Toes-In-Action and Paris Barefoot Girls (a cool French site which sadly went offline some time ago). So I am rather new at promoting my stuff on the web.. sure I have a lot to learn, and a lot to do!!!

I am increasingly determined to launch one or more pay websites and/or online video stores within the next months, for both my nude and non-nude material. If I don't do it, I will never understand my true commercial potential, and I will never know the actual size of the niche I have operated in since 2004!!!

If all my fans were like you, I would happily make a living as THE FEETOSOPHER, without eating shit five days a week in a nondescript office building. Sadly the reality - as you said - is quite different, and I have to cope with it.

Nope, I would join either way, I was just expressing a personal preference. You do great work, clothes on or off, and it would be a shame if you couldn't find a way to share your talents going forwards.

My friends, I see that (for now at least) the camp is roughly split 50%-50% between supporters of a "mixed content" website (nude & non-nude material combined), and supporters of a "clothed only" website.

What do you think of the following solution?
2 dedicated websites, one focusing on non-nude material only, one focusing on nude material only. People subscribing to both sites will benefit from an ultra-discounted monthly rate for combined membership.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR OPINION!!!

Dear Phil, mon ami!!!
Aiko actually started posing for me in autumn 2009, but I made no sessions with her in 2012 (she had moved to a new house, so she was very busy in the summer).
Personally I think that Aiko is among the most beautiful women I have ever shot for my projects.. I am really glad to have her back in my regular model roster!!!
I have tried more than once to convince her to do also nude modelling (she has an incredible, ultra-fit & supersexy body), but I haven't succeeded yet.. her boyfriend is quite jealous, and he is into martial arts (just like Aiko), so it's wise from me not to annoy him..

Its my first time writing here, I have been an occasional reader in the forum and on city-feet as well as on TIA for some time now and want to give you some of my thoughts.
I really love the barefoot pics of true barefoot girls you and Hal are making and really think you deserve to be paid for the efforts & good pics you take. Nevertheless I have no mony to spare and think carefully which clips I can download or monthly memberships I can afford. As I do not really care about public nudity pics I might not pay for a site that offers both - maybe some feeling like "paying for things that I do not want" when I only care for a portion of the things offered. I guess it is not easy and depends on a lot of factors, like what the focus of the website would be, clothed or nude? etc. But for me it just seems more reasonable to have two sites, maybe as you say with a discount for those who choose to pay for both. it would defineatly attract me more than a combined site. But of cousre it also depends on wether it is worth the effort - I guess only you can say if it would be worth maintaining an extra site for nude pics if it only yealds a dozend downloads for one clip...have no idea, just my two cents...

The best thing is that you continue with the web activity.

Personally I prefer not nude barefeet girls,possibly with tough callused soles.

But occasionally I will get a look to the nude ladies....

Have all in one site or in 2 separated site,in my opinion,for the users will be the same...the important thing is the material of the site....

And now the most important question : when the new site will be ready,I want to be with the first
to join..
