Just found this channel on YouTube. It features Heather, a spunky southern gal that is barefoot in most the video's. | She was on CMT (Country Music Television) in their series country fried video and she is from Louisiana is all I know from watching her clips. And, yes she is great.  I love how she is mostly barefoot, even when everybody else is wearing shoes. Notice in the one "Happy, Perky, Bouncy" part of her happy place saying is barefeet.
