| Yesterdey I met Andrea, she told me she doesnt use shoes for at least 2 years. | Does Andrea own any shoes Sabalanu? Does she like being barefoot 24/7, or it's just that she has no option because she cannot afford buying shoes??? Please tell us more about her. Thanks for sharing these beautiful pics |

| I guess she have no shoes for both options. Even if she is very poor she could use cheap flipflops, but she prefers to remain in her barefeet 24/7. Bye |

| Last night I watched a very interesting Discovery Channel Programme, "Discovery Atlas: Brazil". Excellent one. There was a girl who played soccer...barefoot! Even on the cement street. She is cute and had very nicely shaped feet. In fact, she seemed to be barefoot most of the time. Manaus may look like any other Brazilian metropolis, but it is one of the world’s most isolated cities. It lies in the heart of the Amazon rain forest, 900 miles from the Atlantic coast. A rubber boom a century ago made it the richest city on Earth, but when the boom ended, Manaus faded into obscurity. Now Jackie is helping to put Manaus back on the map. Along with more then 20,000 other local people, she is taking part in the Peladao - the biggest amateur soccer tournament in the world. 800 local teams participate in six months of weekend matches on hundreds of pitches scattered across Manaus. | Talking about interviews... Sabalanu, how about actually interviewing your barefooter girls??? Asking them how they feel not wearing shoes, having tough soles? Asking them how hard and rough their soles are, what kind of surfaces they can walk barefoot on, why they became 25/7 barefooters? What's the worst thing that has happened to them because being always barefoot, to their feet? How it was that they became barefooters, how it was the toughening process for their soles? |
