Have you ever wondered what you really like more, the tops or the bottoms of feet? I have to say that in the world of barefoot beauties bottoms are extremely important. While summer footwear reveals a lot, the real barefoot experience comes only when soles are exposed. That´s why there is such a difference between a girl sporting flip-flops and a girl who is completely barefoot. You´ll probably agree that nothing compares to the view of a naked sole pressing against the dirty ground.

That said, I find tops far more interesting. In my book, they add character both to feet and to women in general. For me great looking nails is a must. If there is something wrong with them if they are broken or not very well developed, it´s a dealbreaker for me regardless of how well the bottoms might look. What is the beauty ideal then? Just a few examples as there are other equally sexy girls out there.

Interesting question, but I cannot vote in the poll because.. I love both!

Now, seriously.. to me, soles are about excitement, as they are the "forbidden" part of the foot.. you cannot see the soles of a woman if she is unwilling to show them off!
Tops are about beauty, and I deffo agree with you that they give "personality" to a foot.
AIKO (the Barefoot Urban Girl with probably the best tops I have ever shot) took great care of her tops & toes, but left her soles super-rough and her heels cracked.. she used to say that tops are for public relations, whereas soles are for heavy duty tasks

As for your question.. the answer is both YES and NO. I have never REFUSED to work with any girl who wanted to model for me.
I have always felt that telling a girl "sorry, I do not want to shoot you for this or that reason" would have caused her to feel terribly upset.
So in the very few occasions when I was not convinced at all by the looks of a girl.. I held a quick session, paid her.. and never worked with her anymore.
And of course I NEVER used the pictures I took of her. Yet the issue was always the models' FACES, not the tops of their feet.
I am definitely very choosy as far as faces are concerned. Very honestly, I do not like some TIA and CF models exactly because of their faces.

And I have the same issue with some of the "real life barefooters" who run Facebook profiles, blogs, YouTube channels etc.
I mean.. the beauty of a face may be a matter of tastes, but only to a certain extent.. when you are a girl, and your face looks like, say,
Johnny Rotten's face (yeah, the former Sex Pistols singer).. fXXXing hell, I really think that the dudes commenting "gorgeous barefoot beauty!"..
1) have serious shortsightedness issues or
2) never look above the ankle!

Thanks for your comment, Feetosopher. It´s great to be able to glimpse a bit of your models´personalities. Funny thing really what AIKO used to say!

I also like your strategy when you´re faced with a problem to tell a model that she´s not up to it. If I were you, I´d do the same.

As for the models´ faces, of course they are important. If a girl is a looker, you always forgive her minor flaws regarding her feet. In my opinion, this view is shared by 99.99% of your, Hal´s and Paul´s subscribers. We´re after the whole package and looking just below the ankle isn´t enough at all.

While I like the tops of feet and enjoy seeing anklets, tattoos, toe rings and the like, you can see that on any woman in sandals. The soles are only visible on the brave free-spirited girls who choose to go barefoot, so it's far more amazing to see the soles of the feet in public, especially if they're black from walking in the city streets for a long time.

Hello bfwatcher.. great to know that we are aligned on how to handle.. not-so-charming model wannabes.

Frankly speaking I would not bet on 99.99% of BUG, TIA and CF subscribers looking at the whole package.. but I do hope that the share is anyway substantial.
I mean, most of the girls on the three websites are really beautiful from head to toe.. it would deffo be a waste if anything above the ankle is overlooked!

P.S. of course I agree with you on the.. "right to remain silent".. but frankly speaking I see no point in joining a forum.. never to write anything..

The percentage will be quite high, I´m convinced about that. What else are TIA, CF and BUG about? Real girls walking among real people. Videos without any explicit features which are so typical of other adult sites. We expect more than a pair of pink soles in front of the camera with the model´s face blurred somewhere deep in the background.

As for the silent forum members, they might be waiting for more sophisticated poll questions.

Fascinating point of view from Aiko!!! And I agree with her. Besides, the soles, being hard and super rough, show the girl has been walking barefoot for a good while, not minding how hot or rough the ground is, not caring about it... it is a sign of how brave she is, and such strong soles have a special beauty, a great appeal...
