Hello there.. I know that some of you dudes have a very deep knowledge of barefoot scenes in movies, TV series etc. .. so I wondered whether you have seen / know about scenes where wonderful actress Catherine Bach appeared barefooted as "Daisy Duke" in the early 1980s TV series "The Dukes of Hazzard".. in case, could you please post the infos you have (links, stills, etc.) in this thread? I have made a search myself on Google, but there seems to be very little stuff (only pictures) portraying her barefooted, and no picture/clip of her barefooted as Daisy Duke in that TV series! Thank you very much in advance! P.S. I don't know if there's any of Daisy Duke in the original series, there's maybe some in the remake from the early 2000's. See White Lightning and Gator both Burt Reynolds I think there's some barefoot scenes in that. The whole moonshine Hillbillysplotation gene is full of barefoot hillbilly girls who as per the trope didn't wear shoes. There are some B movies from the 60's Hot trouble in Barefoot County. There's also some softcore exploitation film's Sassy Sue, Midnight Plowboy, Pig Keeper's Daughter look up Something Weird Video which issued a lot of these 60's 70's films on dvd. Hillbillyslpotation is a whole genre where the barefoot and sexual Hilbilly girl is a trope. This should be added to the Revival of the Barefoot Movies List as there alot Tobacco Road and God's Acre are 40's versions I think Gene Tierney is barefoot throughout Tobacco Road in a tattered dress. Torn skimpy often dirty dresses and other ragged clothing such as Daisy Dukes aka cutoff jeans with a torn shirt tied above the belly and other revealing rags are part of the stereotype.

I am not properly a fan of "Redneck Country Mythology" in general, and of the original "The Dukes of Hazzard" TV series in particular, but sure Cathy Bach was hotter than hell back then (and she still is a sexy lady), and that "General Lee" Dodge Charger was deffo a kickass car!
