Polina a "casual barefooter"? As far as I know, during the Summer she barely wore shoes at all... she wore them for her Spanish classes only, other than that she was barefoot all the time, everywhere. I would call Polina a "seasonal barefooter" as during Winter I don't think she walks barefoot outside as often. But not casual. |

| No offense to anyone, but as beautiful as Polina is and as much as I really enjoy her posts, I don't think she really walks barefoot other than for photos and maybe a few incidents to indulge us (and even on those, i have to wonder a bit if shoes are near). Just look at her feet, they stayed pretty tender and didn't really callus much. The soles of those who go barefoot a lot are much much more rough... |

Wow  Impressive. So in the summer walking on gravel/rocks, glass and cigarettes is no problem for you? and you've done it before or you do it all the time in the summer. How tough do your feet get? I used to go with a girl who liked walking and crushing light bulbs barefoot. That's is something you and Cecilia could try. Judging by the pictures your feet are strong, wide and very robust (not "soft"), but smashing a coconut requires a lot of force. Only one girl I knew could probably do it because (she trained karate and was good at it). Do you train martial arts? |

Do they like it, dislike it, don't care at all? Have your friends ever checked the soles of your feet to see how hard an rough they are? Before your feet are ready again for hardcore action perhaps you could tease your admirers with stomping out some lighter stuff like like: - hard, green apple - potato - onion - watermelon (they explode so nicely) - empty beer/cola can - walnuts or perhaps even acorns That should be a little/medium challenge and hopefully some fun for your "soft" feet. Idea 2. Camera lies on a ground level filming you for a short while you go about doing "typical" daily activity (like washing dishes, cooking, cleaning flat, etc). | Just watched the lastest video. That WAS COOL. Never seen anybody do it like that before. | If I had to put it in short, you are a dream girl for me I am not so fond of subjecting your feet to pain just to see how much resistance you have. I do agree, that it turns me on in some way when I see that you can still have a laugh even when your feet are subjected to extreme conditions. As long as your feet can resist the pain, it is ok. | Hello Nastya, Glad to hear that you are having fun and enjoying yourself exploring the new place I checked the barefoot timeline project and one thing common among all the photos is, your soles look very kissable and adorable in each photo I have a request. You have nice high arched feet. If you have noticed, with high arched feet, generally only the heel and ball of your foot gets dirty and the middle part of the soles remains clean. Is it possible for you to take some photos keeping this in mind? This really accentuates the beauty of your feet. Another possibility is, get your feet wet and leave foot prints on a clean floor where the footprint is visible clearly. With high arched feet, only the ball and heel of the foot will be visible and middle part of the soles will not be Hope you could include these ideas next time hugs and kisses |

| Hi Nastya Liked your last video update and how dirty your soles got. Can you do a video of you and Cecilia walking on different things barefoot and compare toughness. Like sharp gravel, glass and definately both of you putting cigarettes out barefoot. How many different ways and how many you can do, like in the video you made. You can put them out on each others soles. |

| yes, specialy in the country side, the dirt on the ground is much more natural. difficult to get them black. but i love it that way! |

| anyone can imagine how painfull it is to tattoo the soles? i can not imagine something more extreme. the torture is great. forget gravel running, branding, thumbnails or bastinado! the pain of the needle on my soles will be for hours. i won't be able to walk for days! but i'm looking for people to chip in. i will then upload the exclusive video with interview on youtube and here for free. if someone is interesting to pay all. i will tell the name in the interview while getting tattooed and this gentleman will own the video privately alone and can do whatever with it. my idea is to tattoo the ball of each sole with a puma paw. who likes this idea? i love this idea. and i will love the guys who help forever! every lttle helps. i need around 200$. i will tell whenever a little comes in, so nobody will be cheated. i just want this tattoo! |
