| It's very well done, but something leaves me a little bit not completely enthusiastic. Call me crap, but I wouldn't have published on the web a video "at high-level fetish interpretation risk" where the leading role is played by a little girl, a child (!). I want to precise: who speaks is a great "barefootin' fetishist" and a good person just as all of you, I think. But the world is big, and not everybody is good. Said without controversy, but with a constructive intent, obviously. Flowwer PS: yes, Clipper, the little girl is somehow a little bit tough. But I don't think it's a matter of being "used" ... children have a VERY good "power to weight" ratio, and this involves feet muscles too. Haven't you ever noticed that a lot of people can say that they was used to walk barefoot even on gravel or stones without problem, when they were children? |

| For flowwer. The leading role girl is not a little children,but is around 14/15 years old. She has only barefeet,not other nudity,so for me is not a problem. If had been pubblied films like "Lolita",I do not see any problem for this video. Maybe I will cut the beginning part ,where the bad boys maltreat the two girls, of course this is only fiction, but it is not a good example. Instead,barefooting is healthy, especially during the growth, when bones,tendons and muscles of the feet and legs are growing up. So it is a good example to follow. Obviously,the short video is about a girls,and is been "reported" in this site because this site is oriented to women barefooting,but the same thing is valid for boys / man. |

| One last clarification, the main meaning of the video is not barefooting,but the willing and courage to make their own choices, even if not accepted by others. While all the other guys wear fashionable shoes, very expensive,she walk barefeet because she love that and she will do that,even if she can have expensive shoes. |

| Although I don't speak Italian, from what I manage to understand in the opening credits, this video was made by a high-school class as part of some school/cinema programme or contest. In other words, it was made for kids, by kids. The general topic is having the courage to do what you want, to be free - in this case go barefoot. Therefore, since the movie is about barefooting, I believe it belongs here, since we all have an interest in barefooting, an interest that is more than sexual. I, for example, enjoy going barefoot myself, and encouraging my friends to do it (male or female). It's often difficult because of social taboo. I really appreciate this video because it tries to break those taboos. If certain members choose to see a sexual or fetish element when they see a 14/15 yr old girl walk barefoot, then I think the problem is in their heads, not in the video. |

| I did not say it was illegal. It is my opinion it is inappropriate to show any children under the age of 18 on this website. This is an excellent website, Paul, and I would not risk it or ruin it by showing barefoot children on it. |

| I see your point Paul. Yes this site is about barefooting but I think it's fair to admit that there is a strong sexual current that comes with this interest. To take a sexual interest in anyone under 18 regardless of whether it is their feet, their hands or any other part of her body is wrong and illegal. Would you be willing to go to your local police department and ask them if it's ok for you to have this video on your forum? Has anyone asked for her consent to post this? Has anyone asked for her parent's consent? Seeing as she is a minor you would probably have to... |

Furthermore. while youtube contains a lot of sexual content; there's no denying that  it's not a fetish site, therefore there are no issues about posting that video on that site. This is a barefoot appreciation/fetish site and therefore the context is sexual you can't deny that. |

| Well, I've removed link to the video. I think, it was dangerous for my site, despite of it was really good. I'm very sorry, Maverick. The danger is that some inadequate person will abuse that the forum contains hmm... links to an unappropreate content. In our crazy times it will be enough for any action against City Feet, including domain deleting or any other bad things. So I have no choice other than to delete the link to absolutely legal youtube videoclip. I need to be overcautious to keep City Feet working in our times of witch-hunt. And, of course, I don't agree with barefoot John regarding ethics. Everyone is free to view any legal content in absolutely ANY context, including sexual context. Nobody should control our thoughts and wishes. There are legal things and illegal things, and that's all. Should I delete the translation to keep this forum virtuous and cosher?  |

| The only legal is enough. I don't think there will be some hurt to the girl in the video, if members of this forum will watch her. Just dont post your video on youtube, if you don't want people see it. Everyone wants to live in free country. Free country is the country where you can do absolutely ANY legal things without fear of being punished by the law. But, unfortunately, many countries (I don't want to name them) aren't as free as they claim. The result is I'm afraid to post link to the legal video clip. |

| Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's right or ok. For example, if you work somewhere and the owner of your company decides he wants extra profit for himself and to earn it he fires you and several of your work mates. Legally he is entitled to do that, it happens all the time. Will you feel that it was the right thing to do? Yes he acted within the law, what he did was legal he had the right to do it but was it right? He already has more money than he ever needs but he went and f#$ked you and your workmates to earn more. My point is that yes Paul, society should be free, you should have the right to do what ever you please for sure but with rights come responsibilities. We have the responsibility to protect the vulnerable. Minors are vulnerable. I think it's irresponsible to post a clip made by teenagers on a fetish site when that was not what they intended. And Clipper, again in a normal magazine the intent is not sexual. Just like youtube. The intent is not sexual, if people make it so there's nothing you can do about it. But a fetish site, the intent is sexual. So yes you have pictures and stories about people under 18 in magazines all the time. Wouldn't it be wrong to have those pictures and stories in Hustler? If that girl was your daughter would you be ok having her video here? I wouldn't. |

| John, I think there is nothing wromg when my chief fire me and several of my workmates, if he wants to do so. If he can earn more money without me than with my help, I deserve to be fired. That's a fact. The words about chief is not right smells like a socialist idea, I hate such ideas. In my opinion, vulnerability of tinagers (if any) is just tinagers' problem, not mine or yours. My responsibility is to follow the law, that's all. If somebody wants to help tinagers, it's his right to help them. My right is to forget about all poor and cripple, and I want to use this right without fear of punishment. It's not right thing, when you are forced to do what you are not obliged to do. I don't want to remove the link, the link can be placed on this forum without any law violation. But I have to remove the link because there is a real threat of unfair actions against the domain, the hosting e.t.c. You know, such things are common last years. That sucks. I hate this. Of course, in case of judicial proceedings it will be stated that there are no law violation, but I have no time, no money and no possibility to defend my rights in the court. Such thing will ruin my business. I just want to follow the laws and consequently to be safe. Problems of tinagers don't matter for me when I don't violate their legal rights. By the way, I don't see something wrong if somebody will see legal photos of my daughter in sexual context. Everybody can dream what he wants, this is primary human right. Well, I don't have a daughter, I have son, but that doesn't matter It's illegal to place photos on my daughter anywhere without my permission. But it's completely legal and ok to place link to the photo in any place.Shoul I ask every girl at the street is she 18+ before I become aroused?  |
