| Do any of you remember a site called sweetstreetfeet.com? It was devoted mainly to photos of girls going barefooted in public. There was also sections on feet in substances (One photo set showed a girl with motor oil on her feet!), and barefoot celebrities. I believe it was run out of England, and it was totally free. But it vanished, a few years ago! I was wondering if any of you know if the webmaster reopened a similar site. |

| I remember this site very well. You're right--it was run out of England by a woman, actually (I corresponded with her a few times). It went the way of a lot of websites: I think the webmaster didn't want to pay for the extra space to really expand it and she just lost interest. Most of the stuff on that site is available elsewhere, and wasn't even original material. |

 ! I know a very poor girl who live on my street. Her story is depressing ( orphan, 26 years,3 kids in a miserable "house", who going in garbage for eat and begging street. Her name is Beatrice ( Bia ). Normal, she and her kids are everydays barefoot.We help this familly with money,eat, dress. The poverty is a tragedy of 21 century ! |

I've been on here a bit, but I just googled the forum site on Images, and for whatever reason these cam out first. The reason I am preening myself is that I was the photographer and sent them to Sweetstreetfeet years ago. Yes, it is a shame it is no longer with us. And the last picture is I think my very first of a barefoot girl. All are taken in Oxford, England. |

Hi guys - Parrotsites here!! Geocities is no longer available hence my old site is defunct.  I also stopped updating for the following reasons:- Flikr and other photo sites kind of took over the purpose of my site - to collate in one place the photos of barefoot girls which we all love!! Running out of space - I had several Geocities accounts all linked up to construct "one" website. I was worried about copyright infringements on photos I was adding on there.  I got limited input of new material - I do not live in a place condusive to getting my own material - too cold!! Lack of time generally. I did enjoy hosting the site though and I am glad it gave pleasure to others who share our passion. Thanks very much to those who did contribute - Sabalanu, Melissa etc, apologies for those whose names I have forgotten but you know who you are. I have tried to remain in conact with some of you via myspace but for some resason it seems very hard to get added as a friend etc.... Regards P |

| Geocities is gone. StreetFeet and Parrotsites were good sites. CityFeet was also great as was Feethunter. Gone, but not forgotten. |
